Large open kitchen to the living and dining areas allows for everyone to easily connect in one space, while the privacy of 3 separate bedroom/bathrooms allows for the retreat of downtime whenever needed. Gorgeous wall-to-wall glass in the living area opens out to the spacious patio overlooking the greenbelt. This home has enough space to host a large family or several individuals and not feel cramped.

Across the way is a popular bar with a food truck court, and nearby are wineries, distilleries, and downtown Dripping Springs. It's about a 60 second drive to a park with miles of hiking and biking trails. If you're traveling to Austin, a quick drive to Hamilton Pool Road will get you to Hwy 71 and then it's only minutes to downtown.
