Welcome to The Aviary Beach House, a beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home spanning 3.5 stories, designed for family fun and relaxation.

Living & Kitchen: The heart of the home is the spacious, open-concept living area with a 75-inch Smart TV, perfect for movie nights. The adjacent, fully stocked kitchen features bold blue cabinetry and new counters, making meal preparation a breeze.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Each of the four bedrooms is uniquely appointed with bird-inspired themes. The recently renovated primary suite offers a luxurious escape with its own private balcony. Another bedroom, the 'Yellow Room,' also boasts a private balcony. Four full bathrooms ensure convenience for all guests.
Entertainment: The fun continues in the entertainment bunk room, a versatile space for all ages. It features a multi-function table that easily converts for a game of pool or ping pong.
Outdoor Living: Enjoy the fresh coastal air from four distinct outdoor spaces. Ascend to the captain’s walk for breathtaking ocean views, or gather around the fire pit for cozy evening conversations under the stars.

Occupancy Restrictions and Rules

- Minimum Age of Primary Renter must be at least 25 years old
- Absolutely No Onsite Parties or Group Events allowed while on property
- Maximum Guests allowed is 13
- No Pets are allowed
- No Smoking of any kind is allowed
- Please be respectful to neighbors as we have Quiet Hours from 10.00pm-8.00am.

Beach access has stairs so wagons/carts are not as helpful once you make the short walk from the house to the beach access. There are chairs and umbrellas available to rent at the beach. This house was great for our family of 9.
