The Space:

This dog-friendly mountain chalet is located in North Lake Tahoe, CA. The main level has a fantastic open layout with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with everything you could need. Comfortable furnishings and a gas stove in the living area set the perfect stage for cold nights in the mountains!

Agate Bay is conveniently located close to Tahoe City and Kings Beach, both great lakeside towns with wonderful restaurants, shops, grocery stores, boat/bicycle rentals and much more. World class ski resorts including Northstar, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows are a short drive from the cabin. Behind the Agate Bay neighborhood there are hiking/biking trails that eventually lead to the Tahoe Rim Trail.



All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer and BBQ (summer only). If you have special requests, please let us know.



This is a dog-friendly rental. No more than TWO DOGS MAXIMUM. Please be respectful and pick up after your pets.



Important:

On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance.



Some Highlights Include:

•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.

•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.

•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 3



Due to extreme fire danger- The use of any outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
