You will love "Palm Tree Point' with its cozy & sunny décor in this 1 bedroom, 1 and a half bath condo. All units at the Summerwind Resort face the Gulf and have private balconies with great views! This unit is fully equipped with all you need for a "home away from home" vacation. After a long day playing in the waves you can tuck away into the master bedroom that includes a king-size bed and a conjoined bathroom. There are also twin bunk beds tucked into an alcove and a sofa sleeper that adds a little extra sleeping room to this condo. Come visit the perfect sugar sands of this best kept secret of the emerald coast. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.**

Room was very nice had everything that was needed beautiful view the only complaint is some loud neighbors where their kids were screaming into all hours of the night. But the room itself was very beautiful no complaints

Nice place to stay

Close to beach was nice. Watching fireworks on 4th of July from our balcony was awesome.

We chose this condo above others because we wanted a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. We were not disappointed. Beautiful views of the beach, Gulf, pier and sunrise. Condo was clean and comfortable. Short walk to the pier and a couple restaurants and 10 minute drive to Navarre for groceries, etc. Not crowded for our early September stay. We were very happy here.

Nice stay overall, but the room needs updating. The sink dripped constantly (a known issue), and the pullout couch was broken—we had to buy an air mattress.

Navarre get away

The view and beaches were wonderful. The only thing that that I did not appreciate was that while we we on the balcony someone came into our unit . and said they were there to spray for insects and a maintenance person came in to change a filter. Both times we were not notified which gave me a feeling of insecurity as far as our valuables if we weren't there

The view from the balcony was awesome! We loved the pier being right beside the unit. We saw dolphins every day. We loved watching the seagulls dive-bomb for breakfast every morning. The unit was clean. But there was a smell in the unit, like someone had been cooking with grease. It wasn't a clean smell that you like to smell when you walk into a vacation spot. It seemed to dissipate a little each day. An air purifier would probably have helped. We didn't think this was worth mentioning to the host who was very good at communicating and checking on us. I loved the smell in the first floor foyer where the elevators are! It was a clean smell. The kitchen sink faucet had a drip that we couldn't stop and we told the host about it. But it didn't affect our stay at all. We really liked the firmness of the bed. We slept very good. There were plenty of towels, which was nice! The puzzle in the entertainment unit was lacking 6 or 7 pieces. :( Overall, the unit was nice and clean and we would consider staying there again.

Always a good time in Navarre!

We've stayed at the Summerwind complex many times in the past and always been pretty satisfied. What we noticed this time is that things at the complex itself seemed cleaner than our previous stays and we appreciated the fact that all the hot tubs were working (sometimes in our past visits they were not), and that security seemed to be more present. As far as the condo itself, it met our needs, and had a well stocked kitchen, was clean and had a great view. The reason for a four star rating would be that the bedroom had an extremely hard/firm bed, which made for uncomfortable sleeping all week, and also stiff mornings getting out of bed. The cable TV was not working great, as the stations constantly buzzed, and were in black and white part of the time. We did not pursue getting it fixed, as we always bring our own streaming devices on vacation so we can so we can watch our own apps and local stations, but I can see where this would be really annoying if someone wanted to use the cable service. The other issue is that Best Beach Getaways did send us a text the first day to ask if everything was OK, and we mentioned that the kitchen sink was literally leaking quite alot, as water wouldn't stop even with handle turned off. They didn't respond for one day but once they did, they said they would put a work order in, but by week's end, no one came to fix it. I'm sure a lot of water was being wasted, but otherwise, we had a great time, and it was a nice condo unit.

Loved the place but the bed for the king size bed was like sleeping on bricks. It was way too hard and I woke up everyday with back pain.
