The Space:

Beach Colony Resort West is Navarre Beach's newest property and is a luxury, high-rise condominium complex that sits directly in front of the Gulf of Mexico and is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Beach Colony Resort offers many property amenities for guests to enjoy while on vacation. It has the largest resort swimming pool on Navarre Beach, charcoal barbecue grills, private beach access, a professional tennis court and a fitness center. This complex also offers covered parking, and it is within walking distance of all the beach activities, restaurants, and bars.

Rental was great for our stay and enjoyed the location. We enjoyed the pool and walked the beach. Location was great as well for our relaxing long weekend.

The place was clean and very nice. The location was terrific and easily accessible to the beach. One small concern was there is a broken tall chair on the patio that tips easily.

Navarre is such a wonderful place to visit. Our condo was A. Instructions on pool access, parking, gym access, etc. were excellent. This is important because having to overthink things on vacation is the worst. We did have a problem getting into the gym with the code that was provided. When we reached out to Avari, it was obvious they were using AI to respond to messages. We didn’t like that, it made what should have been a simple exchange and code reset a long, drawn out back and forth with messages. Overall though, our stay was excellent in every way.
