Life is great at the cottage! At Driftwood Coach House, you’ll cherish every moment spent relaxing and rejuvenating in this unique two-level getaway just minutes from Grand Bend’s world-famous beach.

Perfectly situated along the Grand Bend to Pinery bike path and nestled on the edge of Southcott Pines behind the owner's home, this condo-style cottage offers the best of both nature and convenience—think towering pines, sandy shores, and shady lanes just steps away.

Inside, you’ll find two full levels of comfort and style:

Main Level:
Unwind in the bright, open-concept space featuring a full kitchen with bar seating, a cozy eating area, and a large screen TV with Roku and BluRay. A huge sliding patio door opens to a private yard, creating the perfect indoor-outdoor flow. Fire up the barbecue, soak in the private hot tub, or just enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A washer and dryer are also included for your convenience.

Upper Level:
Upstairs offers a comfortable living and sleeping area, complete with a second small kitchen, another large screen TV, and two thoughtfully appointed bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: One Queen and One Double bed
Bedroom 2: Single over Double bunk bed
A private balcony offers the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening stargazing.
This is the first season Driftwood Coach House is being offered as a rental in Grand Bend—and it’s ready to welcome you. Set on a large, quiet lot with plenty of parking, it’s the ideal retreat for families, cyclists, and beach lovers alike.

Please note there is no access to sun beach, closest beach is 5 min drive to South beach on Lake Rd.

The Driftwood Coach House was perfect for our girl's trip weekend! It was close to the beach, and just as described. Randy met us upon our arrival and showed us around while provided helpful tips for our stay! Beds were comfy and they had everything we needed and more! The little touches made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Very hospitable! Thank you for a great stay, we had the best time!

Great for a short visit

A cute garage converted into cottage on the owner's property. However, this was not disclosed in the description that it's a shared property. It worked for our weekend stay but as a family of 5 with kids and we love to be outdoors, it felt strange for us to be on the property at the same time as the owner. Was clean and still spacious inside for us.

place was spacious and amazing. except the picture online for being at waters edge. not true. thats what i reserved for. all good. found spots to fish and caught big ones. easy checkin and would visit again

Lovely Place

It was lovely I found it out dated and poor lighting. Definitely needs some more lights and bright paint. Beds were comfortable and plenty of seating in the main room. Appliances also need to be upgraded. Definitely lack of privacy in the bedroom due to no doors. Overall we had fun and it was comfortable.

Awesome serene getaway near Pinery park

I and family were looking forward for a quiet peaceful getaway thats not far away from the day use Pinery beaches. The coach house was the most perfect weekend we wanted and loved it. 100% recommended to anyone visiting Pinery. Clean and well organized space for a relaxed stay.
