Perfect for families and groups, this spacious two-level home blends North Idaho charm with all the comforts of home. Enjoy the private hot tub, gather by the firepit, or take the short trail to the lake for a refreshing swim.

Inside the Home:
The main level features a bright living room with sweeping lake views, a large sectional sofa, and a smart TV. The fully stocked kitchen opens to a dining area with seating for six plus four barstools at the counter—perfect for family meals or game nights.

The primary suite includes a king bed, TV, and ensuite bath with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. A second bedroom with a twin-over-double bunk bed and nearby full bathroom offers ideal space for kids or extra guests.

Downstairs, a second living room with TV and games provides extra space to unwind, along with two additional bedrooms (one king, one queen), each with a TV, and a shared full bath.

Outdoor Spaces:
Step onto the main deck to take in serene lake views while grilling dinner or relaxing by the patio heaters. The lower deck leads to a fully fenced backyard with a private hot tub, grassy area, and firepit—perfect for evenings under a glowing North Idaho sky. A nearby nature trail provides access to the shared community beach and firepit.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the home, decks, and fenced front and back yards. Parking is available for one vehicle in the garage and two in the driveway. Please note: community docks are not available for guest use.

Additional Details:

• Water toys and equipment at the home are available.
• A portable charger powers the outdoor lights at the beach firepit
• Hot tub is available year-round.

Seasonal Notes:
• Winter: Driveway may be slick after snowfall; 4WD or AWD recommended. The lake path can also be icy—use caution.
• Summer: The lake trail is steep but well maintained, ideal for guests comfortable with uneven terrain.

Nice location that lets you feel like you have gotten away from it all but still close to everything from hiking to fishing to great golf and food.

The home is lovely. It has a nice view of the lake. The beds were comfortable. The yard is awesome. It was nice to have it completely fenced for the kids. We would definitely stay again.

Wow! What a beautiful location. I can’t say enough about all the deers that visit you while here. The house was cozy, clean and well stocked for all your needs. We enjoyed bbqing, sitting on the deck and relaxing. It was a great way to start our 2 week roadtrip!

Great house for families.

The setup was perfect with enough beds, clean, well stocked and close to the dock. Had many amenities and hosts were fantastic to communicate with. Highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful property and gorgeous home! Check in was very easy and communication with the property manager was excellent! The home is well stocked both in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for us. We enjoyed exploring the property and walking down to the lake. There are also walkable neighborhoods across the street. Plenty of deer, who just hang out on people’s lawns! We would definitely stay at this property again!

Great place for families

Super clean, tons of kitchen items and amenities inside made it an easy stay. Lots of space for everybody and next time I’ll bring the dog it was well suited for them. Close to town great location will stay again

Very nice property

The house is just like described . Very comfortable and clean. The hostess answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and a dog and everyone had plenty of room to spread out and not feel crowded. The view off the back deck is so pretty and relaxing. Thanks so much

Home away from home

Our family of 6 felt very comfortable at this property. Everyone had their own individual space and we never felt on top of each other. The views were beautiful from the deck and we loved the well stocked kitchen and updated appliances that made cooking meals easy.The one improvement could've been in the guest book letting us know what day to put out the garbage as both bins were full when we arrived. Also, in the listing letting guests know the lake is more for the view and not for swimming or hanging out there for the day.

Great location

Close to everything we needed on our trip. Beautiful home with nice deck area to hangout and bbq. Kids had a blast. Only negative was it seemed like guests hadn’t stayed there in a while as there was dust on dishes and gunky coffee maker so unfortunately had to pass on our morning coffee. Aside from that, everything was great.

Sweet Family Home

After flight delays and arriving in the evening after dark we we so pleasantly welcomed by a warm house with the lights on inside. This is a thoughtfully appointed home in a very nice neighborhood. We all were so comfortable in the home. It was a perfect place for a family gathering. Thank you for sharing with us! We hope to book again in the summer

This house was great, clean, well stocked, good mattresses, backyard fire pit was great, view was gorgeous.But...the main deck was sketchy, wood railing for steps was not secure, several steps and deck flooring need replacing, depths and height different on steps, bracing under deck doesn't look safe, upright beam is leaning slightly, no railing for the large stone rock steps, this deck is 25 yrs old and in need of an inspection.Not able to use the awning during the 95 degree weather, inoperable.Hot tub was very dirty, scum on the top with crusty scum around the edge.
