• This home is not childproofed; adult supervision required at all times, especially near the hot tub, firepit, waterfall, and landscaping.
• Hot tub must remain covered and latched when not in use. Use at your own risk.
• No pets allowed due to past damage – thank you for understanding.
• Bicycles are provided for convenience, but their use is at your own risk. Helmets not provided. Guests are responsible for lost or damaged bikes (up to $300 each). Please secure bikes with provided locks when unattended.
