This unit is newly renovated from top to bottom and has been thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. The unit is on the second floor. It is in a quiet neighborhood complex, with the community being made up of many UF Health professionals, grad students and other VRBO guests. There are many trees in the neighborhood that give you the feeling of being in nature, but still near the heart of UF's Campus. There is a community pool within the complex that you can access for free at any time during your stay.
This unit can only accommodate up to 2 cars.

Check in was easy and communication with the admin was great. The interior has been updated and generally has what you need for a brief stay. I should note that this condo is on the 2nd floor and is one straight flight of narrow stairs, so if you have any disabilities or impairments this may be an issue for you. We did have an issue with the TV remote but the admin was responsive and took care of it. The couch isn't real comfortable but it was really only used one time. The neighborhood is very convenient to the hospitals and I could get to Shands hospital in a couple of minutes. The building and neighborhood are older and tend to look the part but otherwise I didn't encounter any issues.
