Just a 5-minute drive from the pristine beach, it invites you to endless days of sun and fun. For added excitement, Broadway at the Beach is also nearby!

Prime Location: Close to the beach, offering easy access to the waterfront and local attractions.

Spacious Accommodations: Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with a Queen bed in the Master bedroom and a Queen bed in the Guest bedroom.

Modern Amenities: Enjoy the convenience of a fully-equipped kitchen with Samsung appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. A Kenmore vertical washer/dryer is also available for your use.

Entertainment: Relax with Roku TV in the living room and cable TV in both bedrooms.

Comfort and Convenience: Each bedroom is well-appointed with ample pillows, bed linens, and room-darkening shades for a restful sleep. The Master bedroom has its own private bathroom.

Parking: Free parking is available on the premises, making it easy for you to come and go as you please.

Guests will have access to the entirety of the Home. We have a full staff available for any questions, or issues during the stay. We try to have great communication with all of our Guests.

We do ask that our Guests be respectful and mindful of these neighbors. Parking is strictly for two vehicles.

You must be 25 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must also be staying in the Condo.
Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.

**We do not provide a daily linen service**

We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay:

This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $49. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

No Smoking Allowed.

Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed.

Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
