*The apartment is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Washer/Dryer available on ground floor with coins.

Close to the beach and Ocean blvd. Only few minutes away from all main attractions, many attractions are in walking distance, restaurants, mini golf and beachwear stores.

*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

*this apartment is on the 12th floor. Children/toddlers are in parents responsibility only as must be supervised.
