Great Trip

Impressed! Beautiful condo, extremely comfortable beds and pleasant decor. Make sure to pack coffee filters, salt and pepper, olive oil, kitchen had no basic spices.

Management response to broken range was great... replacement of range very quick. Pool and hot tub good. Advertised workout equipment... treadmill, elliptical, weight machine, recumbent all did not function. Gorgeous views.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate you choosing Luxury Coastal Vacations and your 4‑star rating. We’re glad our team’s response to the broken range and the quick replacement met your needs, and that you enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the gorgeous views. We apologize the advertised workout equipment (treadmill, elliptical, weight machine, recumbent) was not functioning — we will notify the property manager, since we only manage the unit and not the amenities, so future guests aren’t inconvenienced. If there’s anything specific we could do to earn five stars next time, please share details via your Vrbo message. We hope to host you again. Sunny regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations

Overall, an easy process of check-in.Kitchen was well equipped. It was a very comfortable space. The balcony furniture and resting space was amazing.Would suggest fixing the shower door/adjusting it just a little to close smoothly, adding another place basket to the bathroom area, and making the ceiling fans remote Control.

One of the quietest condos we have ever stayed at. My ONLY complaint is the check in procedure, having to find the rooms padlock which is linked to a hand railing on some steps in the hallway. The padlocks are poorly numbered and you have to bend over to try to read the numbers, a older person like me made it hard until security guard helped. Trying to remember all the different pass codes and key fobs made it hard too. Other than that, I really great place.

Thank you for the perfect rating and for sharing your feedback about Lagoon Tower 1002. We're glad it was one of the quietest condos you've stayed in and that you enjoyed the stay overall. I apologize for the frustration with the check-in process and the hard-to-read padlock numbers — thank you for noting that the security guard was able to assist. I will share your comments with building management and our operations team so we can improve padlock labeling, signage, and guest instructions to make arrivals easier, especially for older guests. We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and hope to welcome you back soon. Sunny Regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations
