The space
Our aesthetically decorated top-floor condo features three spacious bedrooms with a King master, 2 Queens, and a Twin trundle. Each of the three bedrooms are equipped with newly furnished beds and comfortable bedding to ensure a great night of rest after a day at the beach. There are two full bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite to the master bedroom, with fresh soft towels for your stay. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need from making a cup of morning Joe (complimentary starter coffee for your enjoyment) to preparing delicious meals during your stay. The bright and airy living and dining room combo with a large smart TV and plenty of seating for a family board game night. Fast WiFi throughout to stream your favorite media or telework.

Off the master bedroom and the living room, you will find a private screen-in balcony with a serene view of the community lake. Cozy patio seating will sure put you in a relaxing vibe while winding down from an exciting day out. Try to spot the majestic blue heron who frequents our neighborhood or the migrating red-tailed hawks gliding over the crystal water.

Guests have access to the condo, ample unassigned parking space, full-size washer and dryer, and community amenities (i.e. pool in the summer season).
Other things to note
The condo will have toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, complimentary coffee and tea to start off your vacation just right. Bring beach towels, toiletries, yourselves and loved ones.
