Great location and view!

Perfect location on 38/39th right next to Castle in the Sand happy hour and kids activities. The view from the balcony was incredible. Perfect amount of space for me, my wife, 3 kids, and mom. Some down sides were that everything was out-dated. Sink in master bathroom did not drain well. Toilet in shared bathroom was difficult to flush. Kitchen sink had issues with disposal. Otherwise, a great family vacation spot.

Perfect and convenient

We go to OC for the Raven’s Roost convention and this condo was less than a block away from all the activities. It’s a 3 BR 2 BA ocean front condo and perfect for 6 of us. Will be going back next year

Wonderful location

Wonderful location and well maintained property. My only complaint was that for a unit that sleeps 10, we were only provided two keys. That caused some logistic issues with five adults staying and wanting to leave and arrive at different times. I suggested they replace entry with a programmable keypad lock as I have seen at other units. (Or at a minimum, provide one set of keys per bedroom.) Otherwise, this was a fabulous stay.

Overall property was outdated and in need of (including deck table & chairs) fresh paint and proper cleaning. Carpet needed cleaned or replaced. First impression was not good.

Great beach access

Property was ok. We had 7 people and didn't feel cramped. Lots to do within walking distance. Came with two assigned parking spots. One was close but the second one was a little far.

Celebrating Life‼️

The property was exactly what we needed for the occasion.This was our post Mothers’ Day gathering. We celebrated life and honoring the passing of our loved ones. Though the weather was rainy and chilly,it did not stop us from walking on the beach,paying homage to our ancestors and singing. We had an AWESOME Friday morning brunch in “our apartment” which last to 5:00pm. We sang, prayed ,watched movies and played games. Some of us even went to the casino. It was a GREAT Time had by all and I celebrated my “72nd” in the company with my GOLDEN GIRLS. It was 9 of us. Ages ranging from from 87 to 24. Looking forward to 2023👍🏽👍🏽,

Property was a little dated and could have been updated some. Wifi wasn't plugged in and working upon our arrival. Overall place was decent and we would come back again.

Perfect location!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. The location and size of the condo was perfect for us (three moms with three teen daughters). We had an amazing view of the ocean, too bad the weather didn’t cooperate. The property was clean and comfortable.

Diamond Beach OC

Perfect location - on the beach and in between the boardwalk and uptown OC. Never ran out of things to do, and we had great weather during our entire stay!

Beautiful view, nice place to stay and convenient. However, the floors my be clean from debris, but looks dirty. The toaster looked dirty, there were ants near the window in the dining room. Slept well there and our friends slept well too...

Location, location, location

The condo is right on the beach, so you can enjoy the view from the balconies and have easy access to the beach. There were plenty of pillows although we brought our own, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking, serving and eating tools. Remember to bring paper products, soap, sheets, and towels. The condo shows some wear and could have been a little cleaner, but, overall, it was really great. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

Love the view, location - perfect for a young family

This is our second time staying at Diamond Beach 414. The view is spectacular, the location is great - far enough away from the craziness of the inlet but still close enough to enjoy all OC has to offer, and the set up is perfect for my family with two young children. I look forward to staying again!

First time using Home away. Very nice condo. Awsome view from every room! Everything was available in the condo to use just like at home. Very pleased but the only down fall was the early checkout.. 10 am seemed early .. would defiantly recommend this place.
