Overall experience was good! The description for one bedroom wasn't accurate, as far as having an additional twin bed. And the bed in the master bedroom was not that comfortable. Checkout should be at least 11am.

This location was ideal as we were attending events at the convention center AND it is just a few steps to the beach! Lots of food within easy walking distance as well. The common area was plenty large enough for our group and was very comfortable. Beds and pillows comfortable too! Some street noise from the front bedroom, but the back bedrooms were nice and quiet. Some wear and tear as can be expected with a rental, but everything was very clean. We were unable to connect with the host through the app, but after receiving direct contact information from VRBO, communication was quick and helpful. We were unaware from the listing that linens were not provided. While they are not specifically listed in the amenities, this should be clearly identified in the description. There were also no paper products or toiletries - come prepared with your own.
