Cozy little house on the edge of Bay View and St. Francis. Easy access to the airport and highways, and just a short drive from everything. There are a few bars and restaurants within walking distance, but not so much in the dead of winter!The house itself was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we need (utensils, cups/plates, pots and pans for cooking) along with a Keurig coffee maker, pizza cooker, and waffle maker. We also appreciated the efficient furnace, instant hot water (thanks to the tankless water heater), and off-street parking next to the garage (no need for overnight parking permits!).We didn’t get to enjoy the sunroom, but hope to do so next time we’re in town.

This was my second time staying at this location. It was perfect for me and my two teenage children. Very clean and functional. Hosts were also very accommodating. I will be looking to book again on my next trip to Milwaukee.

This is a perfect rental for singles and families. The host allowed us in early check-in as we had a wedding to attend, which was greatly appreciated! The check-in process was simple. All amenities needed were in the unit. There was little notes all over the house to help with things such as the lights and the remote, which were helpful. There was a tub for our Littles to take a bath in. And the bedrooms that were close together worked perfectly with our kids. There was even a private parking spot for our rental. Will rent again!

Space was great! The hosts even provided waffle mix, syrup, oil and a waffle maker! It was already to go for our breakfast the next day. The bath was missing a stopper, but when I asked the host about it he went above & beyond purchasing one after work and dropping it by that same evening. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect. Clean, spacious and very accommodating. 5 minutes from the airport 10 minutes from downtown. The hosts were responsive and extremely helpful. The snacks were a nice touch! Would definitely stay again

We had an excellent stay! The house was spotless and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after our days out. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt whenever we had a question—they were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The location was perfect: close to everything we needed, yet quiet and peaceful for a good night’s rest. The clean property in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for our needs. Two sitting rooms allowed us plenty of space and the screened porch and waffle mix were nice touches.

House and location was wondeful. Just make sure they charge you the right amount for the house. I had to pay an extra 200, 3 days before my stay, because of an error on the owners/vrbo side. I felt that as a business owner they should of took care of the issue instead of making the consumer pay for their error. Especially, since I booked the home 7 months in advance and heard nothing of the problem until a few days before. The owner even called to complain to me and I thought it was very unprofessional. Renting out your home is your business and you don't make the customer fix your business problems! Definitely a unfortunate deal because it is a beautiful place!

Cute 3 bedroom in a nice neighborhood

This rental was great while visiting family. Convenient for the airport, and easy to get to the interstate as well. Temperatures were warmer than normal during our visit, so the central AC was put to use.

Great Place to Stay in Milwaukee

We really enjoyed how quiet it was. After two days of busy in Milwaukee it was a great place to get some rest and recharge.

Bowling weekend

5 ladies travel to Milwaukee for a bowling tournament. It was a very hot weekend in Wisconsin but we were very cool and comfortable at 3813. Space to gather as a group but also space to be alone. We cooked and eated at the house. Everything we needed was there. I would recommend this house for your stay. Jaylene

Great rental; VRBO adds fees

Very tidy, neat house, very clean. Nicely situated 5 minutes from a grocery store. Newer appliances and windows. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Due to air fresheners, I'd booked for 4 nights but left after 1 with allergies. The host was fabulous; we worked together to try to get a refund. And we discovered VRBO adding fees never stated in the reservation, the final booking, anywhere. They just suddenly appeared. VRBO claimed over 100 in various fees for a one-night stay, and a 43 "bank processing fee." When I asked multiple times whose bank is charging this fee, Ali, the supervisor, said, "I cannot confirm or deny whose bank." VRBO claimed a 75 charge for taxes -- but VRBO doesn't pay taxes, the host does. When I said 75 in taxes for one night was ridiculous, they lowered it to 60 and, after another objection, offered a 45 account credit. I wanted it credited directly to my credit card, and they said the system doesn't allow that. VRBO consistently tried to play the host and me against each other, telling each of us that VRBO pays these taxes, when the host and I both know that's a lie. When asked, Ali said again, "I cannot confirm or deny who pays the taxes." VRBO is not transparent and will extract as much as it can in mystery fees if there's a refund due.

The house was great for our group. We loved morning coffee in the sunroom off the garage. A great experience and only a few minutes from good food and American Family Field. Walking to the Back Draught for a few drinks was definitely a highlight!!Thanks Daniel

Perfect!

House is in a quiet neighborhood with off street parking in the back. Very clean home, and we appreciated the little touches our host Daniel thought of like fresh flowers on the table and leaving waffle mix for us. The house was perfect size for our family with 2 teens. Everyone had their own space. Great communication with the host. We will be back!
