Excellent Condo!

We had a wonderful time. Everything was just as described. We even extended our stay and management was beyond helpful. Location is 5 min walk to a great beach and the same distance to superb restaurants and shopping.

Base camp

I stayed in Naples as a base camp location. I traveled to key west for a 2 day trip then back to Naples. I really enjoyed being so close to beach and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying here. This is a great location.

Perfect location

Enjoyed our stay! Clean, comfortable, great location and easy walking to beach, restaurants. New bed much appreciated! All expected amenities provided and basic starter supplies to settle in. Suited our purposes for easy, relaxing vacation and convenient location within Old Naples.

We were very happy with our stay. The condo and location are quiet and relaxing. We had no issues with the A/C unit—since it’s in the bedroom, we simply kept the fan on at night to avoid the cycling on and off. You do hear the fan, but it wasn’t a problem for us.The bed is on the firmer side, which we found very comfortable. The unit is well stocked with cookware and toiletries (shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and washer pods). You will need to bring your own shower soap. Beach towels, an umbrella, and beach chairs were a great bonus—we even used the chairs for the Sunday concerts in Cambier Park, which is just up Park St.We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. We had our own bikes, and the ride to the beach was under 5 minutes. Every beach access has bike racks, which was super convenient.We used the grill several times; just note that you’ll need to buy a lighter (the igniter didn’t work) and a grill spatula.Rental support was great—quick responses every time I texted with a question.The unit has two smart TVs, but I couldn’t find local news or basic cable. Maybe a generational thing, but that was my one disappointment.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Quaint and Great Location!

We have found a gem in Olde Naples. The accommodations were nice and the location was outstanding. We would have given a five star rating, but when we reached out to management about minor concerns our calls were not returned.

Wonderful experience

Easy check in. Walking distance to beach, 5th Avenue and Tin City. Even had chairs and umbrella for the beach. Highly recommend this property. Very pleased.

A wonderful getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo in Naples Florida. We were thrilled to be able to rent something for a shorter term since work prevents longer vacation time. Most places are a minimum of 1-3 months. We walked everywhere, beach , shops, dinner. It was the perfect location.

Great Location!

Within walking distance of fine dining, beach, attractions. Perfect location for us-no car needed except to grocery shop. Floors weren’t very clean, but given near beach, we didn’t mind the extra sand. Beach amenities provided and keyless entry were also appreciated. Just get new cleaning crew.

Great Location

Easy walk to 5th Ave Bed, appliances and and furnishing were very nice Not much for cooking supplies, no oil, salt or pepper.... Seems expensive for the time of year. Looked like we were the only people in the entire complex. Not much going on in Naples in the summer.

Convenient stay in Old Naples

Overall I had a very good stay.We come to Naples every summer for over the 20 years, so we know our way around.The condo is spacious and well appointed. Beach is 12 mins walk away.However, No food items (like you can usually find at Airbnb), like cooking oil, coffee, sugar, basic spices. Also no shampoo and body wash.Not a problem - a supermarket is very close.A couple of notes:AC in the Unit is very loud plus AC in the unit next door is even worse. During the day - it does not matter. At night I had to turn AC in the Unit off.Mattress (and I understand it is a personal preference) is very firm. Not for side sleepers for sure.Just keep this in mind.

Great location

We were happy with the excellent location. Was very clean. They need to update the mattress, it was very hard with no box spring. Also, they have less then basic cable. No ESPN, no HD, no TNT, TBS, HGTV.....etc....

Clean, comfortable, great location

We loved this quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of 5th avenue. Everything in the unit was clean, with brand new kitchen appliances. The washing machine needed a minor repair, and the management company was very prompt at communicating and repairing the problem. The bed was large and comfortable, the air condiditioner efficient but a bit loud. The apartment is old, but the kitchen and bathtub have been updated to a reasonable level. We would definitely stay their again!
