Rolling Fairways is owned by the Lazarus & Mundell families.
We have four children between us, aged 14-18 and have each rented in Florida for several years, and quite frankly became tired of paying good money for poor accommodation, facilities and average amenities!

When a friend recommended the concept and the opportunity became available to buy in the new Championsgate Resort, we jumped at the chance.
During our first viewing, we were joined by a famous Brazilian World Cup football winner and former World Player of the Year, who was also viewing the same properties with his family. We thought.....if it is good enough for him, it is good enough for us!

We are from the UK and visit the house as regularly as we can, as it is a special place for us to relax and spend time with our families. We often meet our extended families there for our annual get-together as everybody loves Disney!

We have tried to offer a more unique rental villa experience that is as close to a genuine home-away-from-home as we can get. We think we have achieved this and the feedback we have received from our guests also confirms this.

Our aim is to attract repeat clients who will fall in love with the villa as much as we have and continue to come back to visit on a regular basis.

Both our families have visited Florida and the Disney area in particular, for many years, including when we were couples and now with our children. With its all-year-round climate, great facilities, on-site golf, plus the attraction of Disney, it is the prefect place for us to spend our hard earned vacation time!

The location of the property is perfect for Disney and all the other main Orlando attractions, with easy access just off the I4. It is also perfect for the vast amount of sports activities in and around the area, from the multitude of quality golf courses, to the school and college sports events that are hosted in the local vicinity. We have friends that live in Tampa and are often down in the area with both their kids at different events and it is always an ideal opportunity for us to catch up with them when we are in town.

Championsgate offers something different to many of the other, particularly older style, rental villages. With its Clubhouse, golf courses, communal pools, waterslides, volleyball courts etc. it offers a great mix of individual accommodation together with communal facilities and activities.

The villa has been upgraded to offer something more than your "average" rental home. We aim to attract the repeat visitor who will appreciate the additional touches and our home-away-from-home philosophy.

The outdoor BBQ, bar and TV area is something that we feel adds to the holiday experience, especially when amongst friends and family, making the most of your time together in the fresh air around the pool and enjoying the privacy of our unique location. This has consistently proven to be popular with our guests and ends up being where we spend most of our time when we stay!

We have now additional outdoor lighting and a new 4-seat conversation sofa set on the outside Lanai to give a more relaxing area to unwind and chill out or whilst watching the TV whilst the kids expend their endless energy in the pool.
The outdoor area is where we end up spending most of our time, especially at night, hence we have given this more attention than most . It is a great area to chill out after a hard day, and the fact that we have more privacy than pretty much any other villa on site, means that we are not overlooked or disturbed by anyone!

Internally, the bunkroom is a real winner with the kids, as is the games room (also my personal favourite), somewhere to chill over a game of cards, watch the game on one of the 50" TVs, shoot some pool, or take on the kids at their own game on the XBox One!
The house comfortably accommodates 10 with plenty of room for different people in different areas, thus ensuring that you are not all on top of one-another!

There is something for everyone at Championsgate and we hope that our home-away-from-home will provide you with that added luxury to make your stay a memorable one.
