It's obvious this condo has not been updated and several things were lacking. Small, simple things could easily be fixed (only a few rolls of toilet paper, no extra gargabe bags or auto dishwashing detergent, broken can opener, etc.). None of the "issues" are major but the general neglect is apparent. The TV in the small room did not work.

Very nice. The ceiling fans in living room and 2nd bedroom made noises. Also should have hair dryer in each bathroom. We had to share between all of us. Other than that we had a great stay in the condo. Had a great beach view.

Wonderful place. If one thing could be improved...beyond the old school coffee maker...the bed in the Master is rock hard. If you spend enough time on the beach it will suffice. The location and quality of the property is top notch.

What a TREAT to be able to watch porpoises in the Gulf of Mexico every morning straight from the comforts of your own private balcony! We love the GUlf Dunes property, the location is perfect for convenience. This is a great unit to rent, the location of the unit on the third floor is nice being down towards the end of the level where you don't have the elevator noises to hear-this is a big perk! From your 5 star ratings, we think it's safe to assume condo 316 at the Gulf Dunes is going to be your vacation home from now on when traveling to Fort Walton Beach! This is exactly what we hope to provide you-somewhere you are comfortable so you can truly get some peace and quiet time. Afterall, what else are vacations for?! Thank you again sincerely for booking through Brooks and Shorey Resorts, we appreciate your business and we hope hope to see you again next year for a repeat visit!
