Keyless entry lets you arrive on your schedule. You'll receive your unique access code and detailed instructions on how to use the lock 24 hours before check-in. And just in case—there’s an emergency backup key on-site if the internet ever goes down.

The Tree Room includes a streaming TV and nightstands for convenience, the Wood Room pairs a rustic accent wall with a workspace for quiet focus, and the Forest Room’s nature-inspired design brings a gentle, restful atmosphere.

Living and dining
The living area feels bright and welcoming with large windows, natural wood details, and inviting seating. Enjoy a film on the 50-inch smart TV, play records, or choose a book or game for an easy evening indoors. The dining area seats six, connecting seamlessly to the fully equipped kitchen, where stainless steel appliances and cooking essentials make preparing meals simple and enjoyable.

Bathroom
The single shared bathroom includes a shower-tub combination, a well-lit vanity, and bathroom essentials. Plush towels and toiletries are provided for your stay.

You’re just 7 miles from downtown Seattle and perfectly positioned near the University of Washington, major healthcare facilities, and the city’s top sporting venues. Getting around is easy! You're only a mile from the Northgate Light Rail station and a 5-minute walk to the Rapid Ride bus line. Hop on the Link Light Rail for a quick, affordable ride to UW, downtown, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, or Sea-Tac Airport. It’s just $3.50 and trains run every 8 minutes—making your commute or game day a breeze.


Before booking, please review the house rules to ensure this home meets your needs. This is the lower unit of a two unit renovated home. Our peaceful home is part of a separated duplex, offering a private and comfortable space for you to enjoy and relax.

Each unit features its own entrance, as well as separate BBQ and outdoor living areas, ensuring you have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. You’ll have all the privacy you need, while also enjoying the tranquil ambiance of the neighborhood, yard and creek. We have a shared yard for recreation & relaxation, dogs, and children. Additional pet fees and policies apply and proof of vaccination/flea & tick protection will be required prior to stay.

Thornton Creek is wheelchair accessible and we have provided a shower chair/toilet riser/grab bar for any disabled visitors with advanced notice.

We are dedicated to offering a comfortable and natural environment for all our visitors. Please note that some of our bedding contains down feathers, and our decor includes natural and cowhide elements. Because we are a natural environment, animals and insects are seen on occasion. We have professional, environmentally friendly, pest control services monthly.

We support eco-friendly, sustainable, and environmentally-considerate purchases and practices wherever possible. We forgo single-use items such as Keurig coffee pods, use Brita pitchers for filtered water, and recycle extensively.

Exterior cameras are at the front door of each unit and another overlooking the parking area. There are NO inside cameras. However, we do monitor for sound decibel levels, smoke, and number of people present.

Your Thornton Creek host is a registered nurse, and we are proud to offer patients of our local hospitals and their families lodging during necessary but difficult times. We are centrally located to the following medical facilities:
