Furnished with a queen bed, blackout curtains, soft lighting, natural light, and a spacious closet.
Bedroom 1:
Equipped with bunk beds (sleeps two), a desk, chair, and window fan, ideal for working, studying, or relaxing.
Full Bathroom:
Features a bathtub, shower, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Plush towels provided.
THIRD FLOOR
Primary Bedroom:
A tranquil retreat with a queen bed, A/C unit, generous closet space, and a calming layout.
Three-Quarter Bathroom:

1. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out will incur a $50 charge per hour unless otherwise granted in writing.
2. Exceeding occupancy stated in the rules, above, will incur a $50 charge per person, per night.
3. The property being used as instructed has never exceeded 3 hours of housekeeping. If the housekeepers spend more than 3 hours at the property after your stay, you will be responsible for an additional cleaning fee at $100/ hour.
