Serenity Barn, cozy barn-dominium with a great locatoin

We offer a unique and rustic experience for travelers looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted by the charming exterior of the barn, complete with weathered wood and a welcoming front porch. As you step inside, you'll be captivated by the cozy interior, featuring exposed beams, and an inviting living area. The barn is outfitted with modern amenities providing all the creature comforts of home. We have two farm dogs (very friendly) on the property along with chickens. There is also a honey bee farm in the property next to us.

Perfect getaway in country but close enough to shopping and eateries. Bed was super comfortable. Might need to upgrade ours at the house.

I enjoyed my stay immensely. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped. It had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. The towels and linens were top-notch. The kitchen appliances and furnishings were of very good quality. The hosts were kind, friendly, easy to contact, and professional. The location was perfect for my needs, just minutes from Huntersville, Cornelius, grocery stores, and Davidson College without the traffic. I enjoyed the beauty of the accommodation and the countryside. I highly recommend this rental, and I am looking forward to my next stay. It will be my go-to location when visiting the area.

A perfect Davidson retreat unless you must have a water view

For 15 years I've visited my 98 years old mom in Davidson, always seeking a cottage or smaller home on the water. This time i discovered the very hospitable Manuel's and Elsa's barn like one bedroom. I may never return to the lake. It's perfect in nearly all respects, including the value proposition, tastefully furnished, and very private. Even the rooster is friendly. This is a gem.
