Ideal for 2 families traveling together. Each level has a full kitchen and full bathroom. Ample indoor and outdoor seating.

Wildlife haven full of bald eagles, swans, loons and amazing fishing.

Loved the house, it was comfy and charming just like the pictures. Staying in the early winter it was peaceful and quiet, the swans and geese honking on the lake the only occasional sound. The local food recommendations were fantastic. Would love to come back someday.

Just a great place to stay , had family in from east coast that just loved the couple days we had there ,,,owners are a class act . And compliments to the local kayak rental business rollway resort they delivered boats for the kids with in a couple hours of calling them very friendly locals that make you want to return again . Job well done .

George Lake is a very friendly, relaxed place to stay! The historic home is beautiful. Check-in was easy and efficient. Everything we needed for cooking and eating was provided. There were plenty of seating options on both levels of the house, as well as outdoors. There were also abundant sleeping areas for 4 generations of our family. The Wi-Fi worked well. Our host provided information about the area and was easy to communicate with.

Storybook Cottage Stay

Awesome property, owner incredibly responsive, however it is a neighborhood, not exactly a secluded up north cottage feel. All in all, awesome house, we ended up with 12 people very comfortably.

Cozy Retreat

Home was a wonderfully cozy retreat for two families to relax and celebrate Father's Day weekend. The day before our stay, the homeowner reached out with a comprehensive list of suggested attractions, complete with phone numbers and emergency contact information. Checking in upon arrival was seamless. The house was clean and provided ample space for everyone in our group. We enjoyed a lovely fire on the first night, and being by the water was a highlight. The children took advantage of the dock to go fishing. There were plenty of extra linens available for our use. I would definitely choose to stay at this charming cottage again. A heartfelt thank you to our gracious hostess!

Another successful girl’s weekend

LOVE the house! So much charm and quirkiness and wonderful decor. Very comfortable and well stocked. The Cedar Bar and Grill is a short walk for dinner and cocktails. Jaymie was a very attentive host! Thank you so much for sharing with us.
