Check out this newly renovated ground-floor, poolside one-bedroom condo with a modern design, upgraded appliances, great amenities, free cable, and Wi-Fi. It's in a fantastic location along the picturesque shores of Roark Creek, leading to Lake Taneycomo. You can park your boat and trailer at the boat launch or bring your kayak for a day of adventure and exploring on the water. You can even make your way to the Branson Landing by water!
Roark Creek provides nearly 800 feet of creek frontage and access to nature, making it an inviting retreat that is still connected to modern conveniences. Located just seconds away from Downtown Branson and the bustling Branson Landing, putting you right at the center of entertainment, dining, and shopping. With its rich downtown heritage, urban conveniences, and exceptional location near Lake Taneycomo.
Community amenities include an indoor pool, a community outdoor pool with a Lift Assist Chair, & a Cabana area with seating, a Firepit, a fitness center, a fenced outdoor play area, and a boat launch-ALL within easy walking distance. Building B has 2 sets of coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Guests will also receive EXCLUSIVE ticket discounts. "Get ready for your ideal escape!" Your perfect getaway awaits!
**Free Tickets:** As a confirmed guest, you can enjoy a family night out at one of over 30 shows! Simply complete your booking and then contact us to arrange your free tickets. Tickets will be available on the date of arrival.
