My place is close to Disney Parks (20/25 minutes drive) and many other Orlando attractions (Universal Studios is 40/45 minutes drive), restaurants, family-friendly activities, great views. You’ll love this beautiful townhouse inside a luxury SPA resort with a 24 Hrs Front Desk.
My townhouse is well kept and maintained by a team of professionals from Private Management. It has 3 bedrooms (1 master) in the second floor with smart TV's and 2 large bathrooms. Downstairs, a large fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room, 1/2 bathroom and laundry. There is a patio on the back. The clubhouse at the resort has lots or recreational areas (swimming pool, hot tub, lazy river, water slide, gym, playground, BBQ), restaurant and bar. Towels are provided at the clubhouse near the pool area. You can find out more about the resort by visiting Regal Palms website. IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK: IF YOU BOOKED BEFORE MAY 8, 2025, the Resort imposes a DAILY FEE of $22.40 USD (per house not per person), This fee is directly paid to the Resort at check-in. RESERVATIONS MADE AFTER MAY 8, 2025 already include the Resort in the price you pay to VRBO.

Davenport is a friendly family oriented neighborhood surrounded by restaurants and stores and close to many attractions like Disney parks, shopping mall and many other.
この宿泊施設の特徴
My property is located less than 5 minutes walk from the SPA/Clubhouse and it is well kept by a professional team from Private Management. We also visit the home at least every six months to ensure everything is in good shape and working well. IMPORTANT: The resort imposes a daily fee (per house, not per person) of $22.40, therefore our night price has been reduced to help our guests to bare that additional cost. These fees are a common practice in Orlando but you won't see many places around reducing their prices to help their guests.
