Charming holiday complex consisting of three houses designed to provide maximum comfort. Located in Playa Chiquita, this tropical oasis offers an unparalleled experience in a tranquil residential neighborhood, just steps away from the beach.
The complex features a two-bedroom house and two cozy one-bedroom houses. All houses are newly constructed and have been designed with every detail in mind to ensure a comfortable stay. At the heart of the property, guests can enjoy a beautiful pool surrounded by lush tropical gardens, perfect for relaxation and unwinding.
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire complex, which includes the three houses, the pool and the garden.
Availability:
Booking inquiries and assistance: 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
Remote check-in assistance: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM daily.
Late arrival (after 6:00 PM): Guests can access the property independently following the instructions provided.
Guest Interaction:
Communication style: I generally give guests their space, but I am available to answer your questions and requests as quickly as possible. I typically respond within 5 minutes.
Communication channels: You can contact me through Airbnb or the channels provided once your reservation is confirmed, preferably via text message.
Examples of assistance: I can answer questions about the property, the area, local recommendations, and anything else you need to know to have a great stay.
Privacy: Your privacy is important to me. I will only communicate with you when it is strictly necessary.

The proximity of Playa Chiquita to the coast allows for easy enjoyment of the beach, known for its clear waters and golden sands. Additionally, the local community is welcoming, and the tropical-style residences, with well-maintained gardens, add to the charm of the place.

On Foot:
- The streets of Playa Chiquita are safe and picturesque, perfect for walking. Many services and attractions, such as the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants, are within a short walking distance from most residences.
By Bicycle:
- Renting a bicycle is an excellent option for getting around the neighborhood and its surroundings. There are several bicycle rental points in the area, and biking will allow you to easily explore Playa Chiquita and quickly reach places like Playa Punta Uva and Puerto Viejo.
By Car:
- If you prefer to drive, the roads are in good condition and easy to navigate. Having a car will allow you to explore the Talamanca region more broadly and visit other nearby beaches and attractions.
Parking Options
1. On-Property Parking:
- We have parking inside the property with space for 3 vehicles.
2. Public Parking:
- There are public parking areas available near the beach and other points of interest. These spaces are generally safe, but it is advisable not to leave valuables visible in the car.
3. Parking at Restaurants and Supermarkets:
- Many restaurants and supermarkets offer free parking for their customers. This is a convenient option if you plan to shop or enjoy a meal in the area.
Check in time is from 2pm and remote assistance for check in is until 6pm. After that time the guest must self-check in with instructions.
Consideration is requested for neighbors, as it is a residential neighborhood. The quiet period is from 8 p.m. to 9 a.m. every day.
NO parties or events are allowed without prior consent from the MANAGER.
NO additional persons are allowed besides those indicated in this contract.
NO damage or alterations to the properties are allowed; in the event they occur, a report will be filed with the relevant authorities, and the entire security deposit will be withheld.
Urinating in the pool or gardens is not allowed.
The guest must safeguard the property and all items on the property.
The house must be locked when leaving for the beach, dining, shopping, or any other task.
Lights, fans, and stove or grill must be turned off when not in use.
Keys must be left always in the key box, and with the code disappeared, this to prevent loss of the keys, if the keys are lost a fee of $200 USD will be charged.
The consumption of narcotics or any other substance that alters normal bodily functions, mind, or behavior is NOT allowed. If this occurs, the MANAGER reserves the right to cancel the guest`s reservation and ask them to leave the property immediately.

- To ensure compliance with current safety regulations, online check-in is required via our proprietary channel.
- Tourists may be asked to provide an image of their ID and/or a selfie.
2. **Check-in and Check-out Hours:**
- **Check-in:** Every day from 14:00 to 18:00.
- **Check-out:** 10:00.
3. **Consideration for Neighbors:**
- This establishment is located in a residential neighborhood; therefore, consideration for the neighbors is requested.
4. **Quiet Hours:**
- From 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. every day.
5. **Parties and Events:**
- Parties or events are not allowed without prior consent from the ADMINISTRATOR.
6. **Guest Limit:**
- No additional guests are allowed beyond those specified in the reservation.
7. **Damages and Alterations:**
- No damages or alterations to the property are allowed; if any occur, a report will be filed with the appropriate authorities and the entire security deposit will be retained.
8. **Pets:**
- Pets are allowed **ONLY** with prior authorization from the ADMINISTRATOR; additional rules apply if pets are brought.
9. **Use of the Pool and Gardens:**
- Urinating in the pool or gardens is not permitted, and fires on the property are not allowed.
10. **Guest Responsibility:**
- The guest must safeguard the property and all items within it.
11. **Property Security:**
- The house must be locked when leaving for the beach, dining, shopping, or any other activity.
12. **Energy Saving and Safety:**
- Lights, fans, air conditioning, and the stove or grill must be turned off when not in use.
13. **Substance Use:**
- The consumption of narcotics or any other substances that alter the normal functions of the body, mind, or behavior is **NOT** permitted.
- If this occurs, the ADMINISTRATOR reserves the right to cancel the guest`s reservation and require immediate departure from the property.
14. **Keys:**
- When not in the house, the keys must always remain in the guest key box, with the code concealed.
- In case of key loss, a fee of $150 will be charged for lock replacement.
15. **Additional Services:**
- All additional services (massages, bicycle rentals, any type of tours, cooking services, etc.) must be paid at the time of service request.
16. **Noise Restrictions:**
- The noise level must not exceed 60 decibels throughout the day, in accordance with noise regulations for residential areas in Costa Rica.
- For example, playing loud music, hosting parties, or engaging in loud conversations that exceed this limit is not permitted.
