-Pet fee is strictly for one dog /cat only! If you bring more than one pet, you will be charged an extra $200 on top of the standard $100 fee.
-Local fire codes restrict the use of fireplaces in April through September. FIREPLACE WILL NOT WORK DURING THESE MONTHS!
-You may encounter wildlife; we do have a neighborhood bear that will come during bear season. Don't leave food in your car, on decks and grills. If you want to go outside and there is a bear outside, make loud noises they will leave. And remember you are surrounded by nature and a national wildlife reserve, so it's not unusual for small animals to be heard around the house or bugs to get into your cabin. We do a very good job of spotting and cleaning bugs before your arrival, but we cannot guarantee they won't return.
-The hot tub is emptied and cleaned between stays
-Please get travel insurance in case something unforeseen happens and you can't make the trip or if there is bad weather. Our Chalet is on a mountain top, the driveway has an 15% to 20% grade and has sharp curve and you will need 4-wheel drive to access if there is snow. There will not be any refunds for weather related cancellations. There will also be no refunds if you feel the mountain roads are too steep or too curvy for you to drive.
-Cabin is 4.7 miles from the parkway to Gatlinburg
-2 vehicles will fit in the driveway
-We provide a starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry pods, paper towels, dishwasher pods and dog poop bags (Please pick up after your animals)
-Smoking marijuana is prohibited
