McCreek is less than a mile from the main road, yet you feel transported back. This charming 5 bdrm/3.5 bath single family home sits on the creek and has 2 kayaks, several size bikes, and multiple other sports and leisure equipment available for your stay!

During the summer months of June through August, we require a 7-day stay from Saturday to Saturday. Please note: there could be dates in May or September in order to keep this house rule.

Come for a visit and see what makes McCreek the best in Lowcountry living!

Great location and updated space

We love this home and the new owners did a great job with updates. It's perfect to be on the creek and have march access with the beach being so close too. Having some many toys included like the bikes, kayaks, beach chairs and toys was appreciated. There were also beach towels included. I'd recommend this stay!

We had a great week! It is very convenient to have the bridge to walk to the beach. The icemaker is wonderful! Plenty of anything you would need in the kitchen. They have beach towels for use, all kinds of toys for kids, kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, and board games. We used the grill one night and that worked great. Just for some clarity the ground floor has a king bedroom, bathroom, and twin bed room. All other bedrooms/baths are upstairs. The host was very receptive any time I had a question or needed anything! No complaints from our crew at all! Hard to complain when your front yard view is the marsh and your backyard view is a canal!

The beach was calling and we recently moved to Pawleys Island after living in beautiful Mt Pleasant, SC for over 20 years. My husband, Jody, grew up in Asheville, NC and our family’s vacation home on Litchfield Beach while I grew up in Chattanooga, TN. We have two awesome young adult children who call Litchfield Beach their 2nd home. For us, we look forward to simplicity such as a spaghetti dinner on our first night, sitting on the marsh porch to watch a perfect sunset, and playing games. Days are for the beach, crabbing, fishing, porch sitting, and shopping.

Have fun! Coming to the beach is your time and we hope you find “McCreek” a wonderful home where you can relax, enjoy the beach, and visit the surrounding area. We like to say bring some clothes, toothbrush, a good book, food, and leave the rest at home. We try to stock most everything else you could need.

And although we won’t be staying on the property with you, we are a quick phone call/text away should you need us.

"McCreek" has so much to offer being on both the creek and facing the marsh. A footbridge is adjacent to the property. So many great spots to watch nature.
