Welcome to this spacious and beautifully updated seven bedroom, five bathroom home designed for comfort, style, and smooth group stays in Washington DC. Perfect for families, school groups, business travel, and friends exploring the city, the home offers plenty of room for up to fourteen guests to spread out and relax.

Inside, the main level features multiple living areas, comfortable seating, and a fully equipped kitchen that works well for cooking meals and gathering together after a day of sightseeing. Each bedroom is thoughtfully arranged with clean linens, ample storage, and layouts that accommodate larger groups. With four full bathrooms, everyone has the space they need to get ready comfortably without feeling rushed.

The lower level provides additional flexibility with another living area, making it easy for groups to spread out, work, unwind, or enjoy quiet time. Outside, the fenced yard offers a private area to relax.

The home is conveniently located near many of Washington DC’s major attractions including Capitol Hill, The Wharf, Navy Yard, museums, monuments, and Metro access. It offers the ideal balance of accessibility and a peaceful residential setting.

We maintain clear house rules including a strict no party policy to ensure a respectful and enjoyable experience for guests and neighbors.

Our stay exceeded our expectations! The home was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. We came down to celebrate my birthday with six friends, and it was the perfect place for our group.The hosts were extremely responsive and even gave great suggestions on places to eat, which we really appreciated. Everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable.We truly had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

I had the best stay here, definitely a 10/10! The house was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed plus more. It was even better than the pictures posted . Check-in was easy, and the host was really helpful and responded fast. Would 100% stay here again

Great location, close to the Capitol. Host was responsive and provided some great sightseeing tips. The home was clean and has really nice lounging space to come home to after a long day of sightseeing. The beds are very comfortable. We had everything we needed at our fingertips.

We had a group of friends and family stay together for a long weekend. The location is ideal for visiting the national parks and an NFL game. There were 16 of us and found there was plenty of room to be together in the main kitchen/living area. The home is a little short of enough dishes to all eat together at the same time.

We traveled to this home for a 6th grade class trip to DC. The home is lovely. I wish it were a little closer to a Metro Station, but there was plenty of space for everyone.The property has kuerig for coffee, so some parents would have preferred to be able to make a whole pot of coffee. The backdoor's key code did not work, which the owner warned us of day 1 was a minor inconvenience at night. But overall, no major complaints, and the teacher said they will keep this property in mind for future 6th grade DC trips.

Very nice stay.

It was a very comfortable property. It is newly remodeled and quite nice. The hosts were great--very responsive and helpful. A few things weren't quite ready when we arrived, but they were quickly taken care of once we informed the hosts. We didn't have vehicles, so our group used a combination of Uber and public transportation. This place is within 5-10 minutes of several bus stops, one of which takes you directly to the National Mall (#36) in about 30-35 minutes. The grocery stores that we found are about a 20-30 minute walk.

Beautiful Home with lots of hang out space!

We had a great stay in this newly remodeled home. Everything was so clean and well-decorated. We stayed with other families and each family had enough room without feeling cramped. Our kids all stayed on the top floor in the bunk beds, which was a hit. There are several rooms designed for hanging out, which was a plus as well. With several families, it was very nice to have a bathroom for each. As I mentioned, we never felt cramped in this very spacious house. The hosts were very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. It's about a 4 minute easy drive to the metro. I'd recommend this house to anyone headed to the D.C. area!

How many homes in Washington DC can you say have a front AND backyard with private off street parking? Most likely less than 10 in the entire city.
