I’m originally from Azerbaijan and have spent most of my life in hospitality—creating spaces where people can feel joy, connection, and comfort. After many years running a restaurant in California, my family and I decided to build something more personal and nature-inspired: Chef’s Otelier.

We chose this area because it offers peace, space, and a deep connection to nature. Surrounded by trees and open skies, it feels like a true escape—yet it’s still close to everything you need.
What I love most is the calm energy here. You can pick fruit from the trees, watch the sunset over the hills, and fall asleep to the sound of crickets. It’s a place where people come to slow down and reconnect—with nature, and with each other.
