The company that manages the property are fantastic. Dryer was looked at by them (it died)and replaced the next morning,wow. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen very minimal and if you’re OCD like me you’re going to have to ignore that the dishes,glasses and silverware don’t match at all. Living and dining room rugs needed to be cleaned or replaced definitely showed a summer of abuse. That was the only real issue as far as cleanliness,but was something that was hard to ignore. You’re getting a place to sleep,shower ,and do laundry for a very reasonable price. But I feel if there was something that really bothered you the property company would do their best to help you. Would we stay here again, probably. Love the pool options. Due to the locations of them the water varies in temperature. The water fall being coolest, the one next to it comfortably, and the one in back being warmest. The one in the back is heated during cooler months. There are a few restaurants with in walking distance but with lots of restaurants come traffic. We love this area because of its lack of traffic. You’re 10-15 minute's away from getting what ever you might need ,eating and shopping . Especially if you use 98 and don’t try going front Beach Road. There’s lots of roads from 98 to front Beach Road so use your map app . And if you have time go into the city there are some really great restaurants on the bay .

I’m sorry the mismatched kitchenware and the condition of the living/dining rugs detracted from your stay — we’ll have housekeeping review and standardize/replace the dishes, glasses, and silverware and deep-clean or replace the rugs as needed. The house was not cleaned,beds not made, broken mirror and step.... check in there was nobody there in the office ended up very anxious and nervous...The pools were clean
