Exhausting!

Was not told that there was four flight of stairs to get to apartment. Not good for elderly.

Good location

Location was great but this is a budget stay at best. Pictures make it look better than it was in person. Everything could use updating. Mattresses are air mattresses that have stains, lighting is very poor throughout the home, and the flooring in master bath is not glued down. The keyless door lock would only work when it wanted to and would not accept the code on multiple occasions.

Great little apartment

We throughly enjoyed our stay! It’s only about a 5 minute walk to the public beach access and super close to lots of other great places in the area! Apartment was great for our size group. It is on the second floor of the building though which I wasn’t aware of. Luckily that didn’t matter for our group, but might for someone else. Definitely recommend though!!

Weekend away from home

We really enjoyed the location of this rental. It was close to public beach access with ample parking, even during the busy July 4th weekend. There was a lot near the complex, restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment was very cozy, perfect space for two adults and small child. All of the appliances worked very well, as did the TVs. The living room furniture was comfortable. The restaurant next door had live music some night so sitting on the deck listening to that was very nice. Overall this was a great property for us to rent, the booking process was seamless and the communication from Vacasa & the owners was helpful and concise.

Awful Unit, stay away. Vacasa no help while there

Almost all appliances did not work. Oven did not work, WiFi was out, bathrooms very dirty and needed work (appeared to be mold above one shower, outlets without covers (bare wires exposed), dishwasher didn’t work. Vacasa support terrible while we were there.
