Take that long-awaited coastal vacation to the beauty of Kitty Hawk and make yourself right at home in this bright and beachy retreat! The Wright Place will welcome you with open arms, as all of the comforts of home and more await including a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi throughout, and nautical decor! When you want to get a bit of fresh air, the furnished patio can be just the place to reminisce over a glass of wine, and the balcony will be ideal for watching the sunrise and set each day. Though you won't want to leave the comfort of this private oasis, be sure to take advantage of the shared Olympic-sized pool, tennis courts, and kids playground on-site.

What's nearby:
Sitting just a block off of the highway, you will have no delay in checking out the wonderful restaurants, shopping options, and grocery stores to grab a bite to eat or stock up on necessities during your stay. The beach is just one block further, so you will definitely be able to get your fill of sandy toes and sun-kissed skin. If you feel like venturing out a bit further, visit Sea Scape Golf Links for a round of 18 or check out the Wright Brothers National Memorial just five miles down the coast!

Community/shared pool, typically, opens the weekend prior to Memorial Day weekend and closes the last Sunday in September. The pool hours are 9am – 8pm until Labor Day and 9am-7pm after Labor Day.

Great experience and great location!

This was such a perfect place for my group and I to stay for our mini vacation. We were so close to the beach, the grocery store, and other local shops and attractions in the area. The house was well decorated and welcomed us from the second we set foot inside. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Lovely, comfortable and safe

We found the condo to be clean, well decorated, comfortable and safe. the patio was awesome on the days with high winds. We could sit out a read while soaking up the sun. The beach is a bit further away than anticipated, but it was an easy drive over to public access parking where there are also clean restrooms. The beach is literally across from the parking lot so very convenient.

Wonderful stay!

We just loved the abundant space in this unit! The bedrooms are very large, and the kitchen, living, and dining areas are also roomy. We found the unit to be clean and accommodating, with all amenities provided with some very minor exceptions. The complex was quiet when we we there. Overall, very nice!

Disappointed

Six troublesome issues: 1. The unkempt lawn gives a bad first impression. 2. There were no wash cloths anywhere in the unit. 3. After two restless nights in the master bedroom, I discovered that what I thought was an ultra firm mattress, was actually a mattress that had been turned UPSIDE DOWN and I was sleeping on the board on the underside of the mattress! How does that happen?? 4. The tub stopper in the secondary bedroom bath does not work. 5. The sink stopper in the secondary bedroom bath does not work. 6. The carpet has numerous stains and needs a good cleaning. In summary, an unpleasant experience all around!

Filthy and infested

The location was fine but not a 5 minute walk as advertised to the beach unless you wanted to play frogger with traffic. The condo was nice however was absolutely filthy. Drink marks on table with food crumbs and sand on every surface. Coffee still left in coffee pot from previous guest. Refrigerator had food slime. Hair all over bathroom floors, Several dead cockroaches throughout the house. When we had informed Vacasa of dirty house, they asked to send a crew to clean, we told them only when we are there. They sent a crew anyway but didn’t come in. That day we cleaned ourselves, purchased our own supplies including a broom because there wasn’t one there and the next day sent a crew again without notification. We sent them away because we already had donetheir job. Management was acting as they were doing us a favor by sending us the crew. Still waiting for the manager to get back to us on a cleaning refund!! Then the matter of the cockroach infestation that took then 48 hours to send someone again without notification. Roaches were everywhere. Exterminators sprayed while we were there on our 2nd day. Major inconvenience. Disgusting conditions. Thankfully we were there for a minimal time each day. Bodily fluid stains all over mattress pad and pillows. Cleaning crew on post in laundry room state they don’t wash bed covers only spray disinfectant on them. Management took down property listing after complained. Shady business practices.

Slow response

Code did not work when we got there. Luckily the sliding door was not locked so we could get in. We didn’t hear back for hours. Then we needed a couple answers on some things and it took a 2nd call days later

Great Condo

We had a wonderful time in the Outer Banks! The condo was close to shops, restaurants, and the beach! The pool was nice also and was located within walking distance. We would definitely stay again!

Off the beaten path

Property is family friendly. It is off the beaten path but still close to a lot of the area attractions. Check in process through 3rd party was not clear but was able to resolve. The condo was clean and had a nice layout for up to 4 people. There are good lifeguarded beaches in Kitty Hawk.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay. We chose this property because it was close to Seascape Golf and Beach Villas, where the rest of our family was staying. The only glitch was the code did not work when we arrived. We called and they immediately took care of it.

Very Nice Place

We enjoyed staying here for a number of important reasons. The townhouse was extremely clean and comfortable. The decor was warm and tasteful and everything you could need was there. Very comfortable bed as well. On top of that the location was great, convenient to most everything you may want to do in the Outer Banks. We stayed off season and found this to be a very good value.

Centrally located condo

An excellent place to stay in the heart of the Outer Banks. The condo community was wonderful and welcoming and the kids had loads of fun in the pool. It’s on our list of favorites and we’d love to visit again!
