Outerbanks "Brand New" lovely cozy beach cottage lower level apartment located less than a half mile from the Atlantic ocean (The BEACH) & the Albemarle sound where you can see beautiful sunsets, putt putt, movie theater, Food Lion & Publix, and the biking/running/walking path on the water front, the Wright Brother's Memorial all located within a mile:) The apartment has two "KING" size beds in each room and the bathroom is accessible privately from each room. This is a handicap apartment with no stairs to climb. It has a fully equipped kitchenette (no stove). We offer an induction cooktop along with pans and spatula to make eggs or cook a nice meal. We have a 10 cubic size refrigerator with a full freezer with ice trays.
Super "CLEAN" space with beds made upon arrival~good vibes
Your space consists of the lower level of the house only ~ Low Tide Beach Shack~ The apartment is a brand new renovation with new flooring and new carpet in the bedrooms. It has 2 separate bedrooms with kings beds in each room. Each room has direct access to the bathroom with private entrances.
The kitchenette has a beautiful new granite counter top with a toaster oven, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, salt & pepper and all the kitchen amenities. There is a separate living area with a pull out couch, a leather chair, and nice size TV, and a dining area with bench seats.
Your outdoor space consists of the side yard with a nice grass area and the tiki bar under the carport with an outdoor refrigerator and bar stools. We also have a round table for two in the front area to enjoy outdoor morning coffee.
The upstairs level of the house is rented separately and they have their own private space & entrance in the back of the house.
You can also rent out both units if it fits your family's needs for your future vacation.
Guest access
The lower lever of the house is your rental space ~Low Tide Beach Shack~
You have a foot wash/shower hose located on the right side of the house and you have access to the tiki bar and outdoor refrigerator plus the side front yard grass area.
Other things to note
Low Tide Beach Shack is located in a very nice quiet safe neighborhood. So please no parties or loud vehicles late at night! Thank you for respecting your neighbors✌🏼
The upper level can be rented out separately as it has a completely separate entrance and separate area away from this part of the house.

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The unit was exceptionally clean and tidy. Close to beaches and other amenities. Hosts were very communicative. The King bed we slept in was very comfortable. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Had a wonderful stay here. The unit was clean and the beds very comfortable. Great amenities. Perfectly located for sightseeing in both the northern and southern parts of the OBX. Nice, clean property in a great location.

The downstairs unit wasPerfect for our family of four. The king sized beds were ver nice for us to be able to spread out comfortably. Everything was nice and clean and the provided toiletries/amenities were perfect for our short, two night stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Amber was very prompt at getting back to me if we had any questions. The property is as appears in the listing. It’s a prime location about a 2 min drive to the beach. Tons of parks to explore, close to shopping. Grocery store was a min away.

Arrived for the visit on a motorcycle on a misty day a couple hours early while waiting for my family to check the location. The homeowner was there finishing the clean and she allowed me to park my bike in the carport and have the property early.property has a nice sitting both inside and out. Only downside to the property is that the bedrooms do not have access directly to common area. back bedroom access is either through front bedroom or bath.

Quick OBX Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay, it was very clean and the perfect place for our little weekend getaway. Very close to the beach, a lot of local activities and clear communication with the owners. I’d definitely recommend visiting, the only thing to be aware of is it is below a house that can be rented out and we did hear the neighbors pretty often. But overall it didn’t really bother us.

Beautiful spot

We were extending our stay in the Outer Banks and found this spot! It was a beautiful spot, not far from the sound or the beach and was a quiet neighborhood.

We love to surf, boat, and love running and biking on our local path in the neighborhood. We raised three beautiful children in the Outerbanks great school system and are proud parents. We now run several properties in the Outerbanks and enjoy meeting new people who travel and rent our properties.
