Escape to a wooded paradise to find your peace and serenity. Relax amid nature and the stunning beauty of the Smokey Mountains. Enjoy your coffee out on the 2-story wrap-around deck with amazing sunrise views over the mountains. Enjoy a 7 person Catalina Hampton hot tub with 72 jets, UV sanitation system allowing for a reduction in chemical use, blutooth audio sound system, LED lights, easy to use hard cover that folds to the side to become a convenient self/bar, and the mountain view from inside the tub!

Hike to the summit of neighboring Yellow Mountain, visit many nearby trails, including Whitewater Falls, Whiteside Mountain Trail, Dry Falls, Silver Run Falls, Gorges State Park, Rainbow Falls at Lake Toxaway, and more! Visit Sapphire Valley Resort, the Village Green in Cashiers, quaint shopping in Downtown Cashiers as well as Downtown Highlands. Enjoy superb dining experiences in town or cook dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with oversized granite island overlooking the mountain view.

Boating and swimming are available at nearby Lake Glenville. Return after a full day of fun to your quiet mountain oasis and watch the horizon turn to pink and blue cotton candy as sunset approaches, or take a short walk down the road to see the sunset over Yellow Mountain.

Very nice cabin with a deck that offered awesome sunrise views. We were able to eat a leisurely breakfast at the cabin and then enjoy Highlands during the day. Late afternoon we returned to the hot tub and a light supper. It was perfect for our vacation. I would highly recommend this.

Lovely stay and views!

Our stay was lovely amd the views were beautiful! The property manager was friendly, helpful and easy to get a hold of. Also, the neighborhood was quiet and it was nearby the other places we were visiting.

Great mountain views! Staring up at the constellations from the hot tub! Went to Dry Falls and hiked the Whiteside Mountain trail. Thank you for sharing your cabin!

Beautiful

My husband and I really enjoyed this property. The Mountain View is beautiful the sunrise is so incredible. This cabin is close to Cashiers and Highlands. We hiked to several waterfalls, enjoyed the towns shopping and dining, and relaxed at the cabin. Perfect little get away.

Majestic Mountain Getaway

It was everything we were looking for! Tucked away in the hills with the most breathtaking sunrises. Easy access to Highlands, Cashiers and Sapphire! Quaint little shops and restaurants! Beautiful Public golf course in Sapphire and plenty of hiking to beautiful waterfalls! We highly recommend this wonderful get away and will be booking again in the future!

Next-level views & tons of space!

Mountain Sunrise Cabin was fantastic! The view is out of this world, offering breathtaking panoramic vistas that we enjoyed from the spacious deck & the sunrise did NOT disappoint - Wow! Speaking of spacious, the house itself had tons of room; a great value for the money. The kitchen was to die for! Super nice and has tons of counter space. If you're looking for a well-maintained, mountain escape with a killer view, this is a must see!

Absolutely wonderful

The enormous deck with spectacular view was truly magical. The floor to ceiling sliding doors in the living room and master bedroom provided a constant view of the mountain range. Open concept kitchen with generous island meant you could cook while also taking in the view. Did I mention the view????Hosts were extremely responsive to a couple of needs we had. We could tell they cared we enjoyed our stay. Truly excellent communication. The master bedroom king size bed and the lower level king size bed are both memory foam mattresses. The room with the twin beds are traditional mattresses. The neighbors are close, so there is a lack of complete privacy in case that's helpful to know. However, they were super friendly with equally friendly dogs and it was an extremely quiet location. So quiet, we took naps on the deck.

Anniversary Trip to Highlands and Cashers

We had an amazing stay at the mountain house. The morning view is absolute incredible. We got up before the sunrise every morning and sat on the beautiful porch sipping coffee as the sun came up. The house was clean and well maintained, and only a short drive to both Highlands and Cashers. Both have incredible shopping and restaurants. Whiteside mountain trail is also only about 10 minutes away. Our evenings after a day in the town were spent grilling, looking over the mountains, sitting by the fire place and enjoying the hottub. We are already planning a return trip.

We had a wonderful family weekend in this home. The pictures of the view off of the large deck hardly do it justice. The large living room and kitchen area was perfect for spending time together. The kitchen had everything you need to create a nice meal. The whole home was very clean and comfortable. Melissa the host was attentive to our questions . We hope to come back again.

From a young age, I have vacationed with my family in the Great Smokey Mountains. The morning mist, the smell of rain, trees that dwarf even the largest of houses, and the sweeping panoramic mountain views pepper my earliest childhood memories. As an adult I have returned time and again. Our blended family came together in these same mountains and we have continually found joy in our experiences, hiking to waterfalls, having picnics and taking in the views of the summit of Yellow Mountain. We hope that others can also create special family memories in our favorite place.

The neighborhood was chosen by my late father-in-law more than 40 years ago. He was a Navy Pilot and then a commercial pilot for many years. He build this home for his retirement and shared it with family and many friends who would come to visit. He handpicked this particular lot, as the view of the mountains at this high elevation pleased him so much.

The view of the mountains is spectacular, and from this angle, the sunrise is beyond compare. On over an acre of land, the home is private and surrounded by nature.
