Had some issues to start with broken toilet seat and cleaning but the owner was on it right away which is what matters most. Stuff happens, how the owner follows through is what matters in the end.

Clean and good location to beach

These units had access to both an indoor and outdoor pool. Condominium was well maintained and quiet. Just a walk across the avenue for beach access. This unit was very clean and owner was very communicative.

The apartment was perfect for our party of six and it’s a great space. Some promised amenities such as shower products, toilet paper, and paper towels were not provided. We also were never given parking passes or the pool access code and our host was also not very quick to respond with some these concerns and questions. There were also some stains on the linens and the shower rod had rust that came off on items we tried to hang on it. Our party had some cleanliness concerns as it came to the kitchen. We consistently saw ants and plates stored in the cupboard had a mysterious goop on it. We also arrived to a full dishwasher with dishes we were uncertain were cleaned. We still had a great weekend and it’s a great location.
