Perfect weekend getaway

This was a wonderful getaway destination - close enough to Leavenworth to go back and forth into town but also a chance to unplug at our cabin away from it all!

Nice spot

We had a great time at this location. It was in the perfect spot for us. We were close enough to Leavenworth and to Plain to go to both locations in a reasonable amount of time. The cabin was nice.

Cozy little cabin

Really nice place to stay at in the negative degrees. Wanted to explore the city more but because it was so cold we ended up at the cabin more then we planned so it was nice to have the hot tub option and TV to watch at night. Definitely a cute little cozy cabin.

Great winter cabin

We really enjoyed this cabin! It’s 20 mins from Leavenworth and had a grocery store 5 mins away in Plain. The hot tub overlooking the snow and Christmas tree near the fireplace made it extra special for us. We were able to cook dinner one night with the supplies and thought the bed was cozy as well. Very well stocked. Will revisit!

Relaxing time with Friends

This was the perfect spot for my girlfriends and I to catch up! Beautiful views, a nice deck with an easy fire and a hot tub. It's about halfway between Lake Wenatchee and Leavenworth, so a great location. We had a couple of small issues when we arrived, but the management company responded quickly and cleared up the matter.

Cozy mountain cabin

This is a great lil 2 room cabin. There’s a stove and oven with all the cooking items u need. Fridge microwave and coffee maker work well. Hot tub is clean and inviting and sits outside with a great view! Fire pit outside is easy to light. Fireplace inside works really well and keeps the place toasty. 12 miles from Leavenworth and really serene. Great place to stay for a small group or a romantic getaway!

We have begun, over the last couple years, encouraging our owners to have outdoor propane fire pits because we realize how special it is to get away from the busier lives we live and be able to experience being outside in a relaxed worry free environment, and that seems to be a great way to do just that. The cabin wasn’t as secluded as we expected. The hot tub was visible from the road to another property that was pretty busy.

Thank you for your input. The area is very dark at night and the hot tub area has tiny little twinkle lights that can be shut off from the tub area once you are out is very private under darkness as that road is quite a ways away, but daytime use might not be so private. There is free wifi less than 2 miles down the road at the Plain grocery. (The cabin is listed as not having wifi) We will share your thoughts with the owner. WIFI coming soon. Wonderful get away

Cell reception wasn't great so unplugging from the outside wor was awesome. The cabin was quaint and clean. Plenty of towels for the two of us. Just an FYI to the owners, the bathroom vent is inoperable and the fireplace kept shutting off.

Winter weekend getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the cabin and the location was perfect for us to explore nearby snowshoe and cross country ski trails. When we arrived, the hot tub was cold (GFI outlet was tripped) so we weren’t able to use that the first day. Our overall experience was great but I would offer guests more than 3 towels considering there is a hot tub and no washer/dryer.

We would have been happy to bring some extra towels, though there hot tub towels on the wall baskets sound like they may have been missed. I loved the hot tub and the propane firepit. The location was absolutely beautiful. We did run out of propane for the firepit, probably had it on for a total of two hours during our stay. The beds were a bit hard, and the indoor fireplace did not work. Also the lamp in one of the rooms did not work and we could not figure out how to get the DVD player to work. But overall we loved the cabin, perfect winter escape.

Amazing little hut

Definitely made some memories here with my bestfriend, unfortunately the fire pit and the house ran out of gas during our stay and there is no cellphone service or wifi making it hard to get ahold of the office without driving to town. Aside from that the stay was amazing, the hot tub was perfect the furniture was top notch, I wish I could have taken the bed home! Perfect easy little drive from Oktoberfest was very promising. Unfortunately we could not get sound from the tv to watch a movie at the end of the day, but that's not why you rent a cabin. They were very helpful with anything we needed.

My only complaint would be the sprinklers going of at 6am - would have not even noticed had they not hit the house & woke us up... A bit frustrating as we were all looking forward to being able to sleep in. Other than that - great kitchen with all you would need to cook up some yummy meals - chill space & comfy beds!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great weekend staying at this cabin. The cabin itself was cozy and comfortable. It is small, but worked out well for 2 couples. The hot tub was easily our favorite part, we spent a huge part of our time in it! The water at the cabin was not good at all, but they provided a Brita filter which helped a ton. I would recommend bringing some water bottles! This cabin is a little out of town and as previous reviews state, the driveway is STEEP. All in all, we had a great time and would stay here again!

Dirty Dishes! Great Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Experience was pretty good overall. Cabin was very comfortable, couch and TV were very nice. Beds were a bit firm for my taste but that was manageable. The pellet stove was already full of pellets and turned right on with no issues. My main complaints were that all the dishes were FILTHY, I could still see dried wine in the wine glasses and marks on all the other dishes and silverware. It was gross, I hand washed everything before. We used any of it. The laundry hamper looked like it was fairly moldy as well and was pretty gross. Other than those two things the cabin was wonderful! Loved the location as it was very quiet but still only about 20min from town.

Cozy cabin

We had so much fun, we love that we were close to town but far enough away! Positive: We had a lot of fun staying at this cabin! It is pretty secluded, you can see some houses in the distance but you have your own space, no one else close by. The hot tub was nice and the seating area with the propane fire was perfect. Could be better: they really need to treat the shower head with something to get the calcium build up off. The spray ports are going every which way and because of that the pressure of the water stung my face when I was washing it. Just taking if off and soaking the face in distilled vinegar for 24 hours and using a stiff bristle brush will clean it perfectly. I did not see any note before renting or getting there about the water. It does have a sulfer smell and it can be strong. It's perfectly safe and they provide a Britta filter but I would suggest buying bottled water or bringing some from home of you have good water. We always do that when we go anywhere but if we had decided not to this time I would have been disapointed that i had to go buy a case if water. All in all it was a really good stay!

We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay and want you to know that we will get that showerhead replaced ASAP, no one has communicated this to us before but we take all of our reviews to heart and address and resolve all things that are brought to our attention and if we can. The cabin is on a well, like the majority of properties in the area so we do suggest bottled water being brought by guests in case the water table does affect the "smell" in any way..this does wax and wane depending on the day, the season, the weather, etc...again we really appreciate your taking the time to share your experience and do hope to hear from you again at NW Comfy Cabins-we have over 50 other homes to choose from as well.

Tiny, tidy, cozy!

True to description. Cozy little hideaway. Worked great for our little family, but if you are very tall or large you may feel cramped. Don’t expect extra space for unpacking suitcases and storing things (I.e. no closets or dressers). A/C is an indoor unit. Fans in every room. Clean with all the necessities. Nicely decorated. Great outdoor covered area with hot tub, nice lighting, and propane fire pit; we enjoyed sitting out there in the evening and seeing lovely animals (deer, chipmunks, birds) come by. It’s right off Chumstick Hwy but there’s no bothersome noise or traffic. 5 min from Plain and about 30 from Leavenworth. Didn’t try to communicate with property management as we had no problems, so cannot rate that aspect. Feedback to management: it would be helpful to have some printed info available on site with nearby amenities/dining etc as well as checkout procedures since there’s no WiFi or strong cell service for using the app. I had documents saved but some guests may forget. Also, sprinkler system is hitting the house in the mornings. Thanks for a nice stay!

Thank you for your input and thoughts. We will look into adding more print information at the cabin. The mobile app does have quite a lot to offer but you are correct that wifi is not there, hope to have it one day soon. It is a tricky spot in the valley surrounded by mountains making some services harder to get but, it makes for lovely views, lots of quiet and many peaceful memories.

Great Getaway

We had a great time staying at the Beaver Hill Cabin. We had a last minute change and decided to take our furry family member. I reached out about the change and got a response shortly after with the additional information needed to make this change. The response and process was quick and easy. Our little family enjoyed our stay, would love to visit again in the future.
