Located in a fully renovated circa 1888 building in the heart of historic downtown Frankfort. This three-room ground floor apartment suite has high ceilings, and beautiful bay window sitting area. The suite retains its historic charm, yet is fully furnished with updated finishes and full separate kitchen. The suite comes with a refrigerator, microwave, oven/range, dishwasher, coffee maker, free Wi-Fi with 1 Gigabyte fiber optic download speed, smart TV, washer & dryer onsite, central heat & A/C, and luxury hotel bath towels and linens. Sit on the front porch and smell whiskey being made just 1.5 miles away at Buffalo Trace Distillery.

Great Place to Stay in Frankfort

Great location, super comfortable with unexpected amenities (tea, Keurig, a couple bottles of water), great communication with/from the hosts, and just a lovely place to stay in Frankfort. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Cozy Stay

The property was clean and very well stocked with all the kitchen items you would need, even with nice pans and cooking utensils. The place was nicely decorated, with comfort in mind. The host was also very responsive with communications. We would stay here again.

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous. The detail in the decor was top tier. The hosts were absolutely amazing to deal with, making sure we knew where to eat, things to do in the area, etc. We will be back and absolutely booking this listing again!!!

Downtown Location

Perfect location and the house had all the accommodations that were not expected. From coffee pods, tea, creamers, and a few bottles of water. The house is so beautiful with having the “old” charm. Was very happy to see that it was still preserved.
