The apartment is within 2-3 blocks of several restaurants and bars. Restaurants in Downtown Frankfort include: Bourbon on Main, Goodwood Brewery, Main Street Diner, Serfini, Mi Fiesta, Brown Barrel, Mortimer Bibb, Brick Alley, Howser Tavern, Kentucky Coffeetree Cafe, and Sub Pub. Locals Food Hub & Pizza Pub and Limewater are both a short 15 minute walk from downtown area. Two coffee houses downtown are the Engine House and Kentucky Coffeetree Cafe. B's Bakery is in downtown with Poppy's Bakery a 15 minute walk. Sig Luscher Brewery is about 100 yards from the apartment. As the Capital of Kentucky, Frankfort has several historic properties and museums downtown. The Kentucky History Museum and the Capital City Museum are two blocks away from the apartment and the Kentucky Military Museum is about four blocks away. The State Capitol Building and Governor's Mansion are 1 mile away. Two distilleries, Buffalo Trace and J. Mattingly 1845 are with 1.5 miles. The Kentucky River is about a 5 minute walk from the property.
