Welcome to your 4-bedroom plus den, 4-bathroom house, perfect for hosting up to 10 guests. Chill out in the private pool, make use of the washer and dryer, and soak up all the fun Orlando has to offer.

Situated just 15 minutes away from Disney, 30 minutes from Universal, and 33 minutes from the Kia Center. Downtown Orlando is a short 30-minute drive away. Great for family trips or group outings. Explore nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. An awesome spot for a memorable stay!

➜ Bedroom 4 on the second floor features two single beds.

➜ The den on the second floor features a queen-sized sofa bed that sleeps 2.

➜ Four (4) clean and sanitized full bathrooms with essentials.

➜ In-house washer and dryer machines.

➜ Full sets of hotel-quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels.

➜ Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge and a stove.



➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Just a heads up, guests can't use the closet in the entryway, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.



➤ Two parking spot passes available. You can find extra parking at nearby stores. No commercial vehicles allowed – violators might get towed.



The Neighborhood:

This vibrant neighborhood offers a serene residential atmosphere with convenient access to a variety of amenities. Located just 15 minutes from Disney World and 30 minutes from Universal Studios, it's perfect for families and groups seeking adventure. Sports and concert venues like the Kia Center are only 33 minutes away, while Downtown Orlando is a quick 30-minute drive. The area features numerous dining, shopping, and recreational options, making it ideal for both short-term stays and longer visits.



Getting Around:

Car Rental: Convenient and flexible for visiting nearby attractions like Disney World, Universal Studios, and

Downtown Orlando.



Ride-Sharing Services: Uber and Lyft are readily available for quick and easy transportation.

Other Things to Note:

➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
