Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. Kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe.

** Use of the community amenities is not included with your rent, and there will be a one-time additional cost due to the resort if you would like to access them. Pricing will be shared at check-in.

** The resort limits the number of vehicles to 5 (five) per reservation, and there are no exceptions.

** Because this is a gated resort, the drivers of all vehicles must be registered with our team before check-in

** Pool heat is an optional amenity that is offered during the cooler months (typically October through March). Please enquire with our team regarding pricing and availability.
