This unit is amazing for families as there is direct access to the pool deck (two pools - one heated seasonally), fitness center, grilling pavilion, volleyball court and walkway to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf!

This home sleeps 4 guests between two private bedrooms and bathrooms.
The primary bedroom includes a king size bed, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom and ocean view. The primary bathroom includes a walk in shower and tub and a double sink vanity. The second bedroom includes a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The second bathroom includes a walk in shower and single sink vanity.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Includes FREE beach service: 2 padded lounge chairs and umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to conditions and weather permitting). Also includes 25% off any other beach services with Adventures at Sea!

- Guests must purchase parking pass(es) upon arrival in the HOA office. They are $20/pass (CASH ONLY). Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per unit. Any additional cards can park across the street in the overflow lot for $10/day/vehicle.

- This is a NON SMOKING/NON VAPING rental. You will be charged $500 for any evidence of smoking/vaping in the unit/on the balcony.

- AGE RESTRICTIONS: Per the HOA, the registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guest of this reservation. The individual of this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.

- NO PETS ALLOWED! We love our fur babies too but unfortunately, our HOA does not allow pets on the property. You will be responsible for any fines.
