You must be 21 or over to check in, max of 4 people Beachfront, all new. Clean and quiet. Dual electric recline sofa White washed wood tile, new white cabinets, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances. Huge TV, 2 amazing queen beds both with a view of that amazing water! Luxury shower tower with a waterfall that relaxes every muscle. New fixtures, new duct for central air and heat. New Electrical box, beautiful and safe. Pool and kiddie pool. Grills and games at the pool area. Seasonal snack shack, indoor game room with ping pong, shuffle boards and games, puzzles, very family oriented. Small resort only 4 per condo so no big crowds. Empty beach but walkable to everything! I will give you the inside information on all the food and fun! We hope you have the best vacation ever!

Beautiful views! Right on the Gulf. Condo was clean and gorgeous. Even though we didn't cook it had everything you needed to cook. Loved the shower!

Great stay. Room was clean and updated and had everything we needed. My only wish would be a balcony, but otherwise great!

The condo was immaculately clean. It was well stocked with full fridge, stove, dishwasher, eating utensils, plates, cups, toaster, Keurig machine, pots, pans, skillets. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The beds were both unbelievably comfortable. More comfortable than my own mattress at home! The view from this condo was spectacular. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo is beautifully decorated. We will definitely reach out to stay here again! Top of the line quality at Top of the Gulf!

It was great!

Michelle was great! My tired vacay brain had to call more than once and she was full of hospitality. The room was beautiful and bed very comfy!! The view is to die for!! (Only missing a balcony) It’s a walk to the room, but every turn you are comforted by an ocean view. The amenities are great and as listed. Remember to dump the dehumidifier. I definitely would recommend this accommodation to my family and friends if they don’t expect a balcony, it is a beautiful and peaceful home away from home!

This trip was our 4th time staying at Top of the Gulf. The complex has done well with their laundry and weight room upgrades. We used the weight room everyday. As far as the unit itself it is one of the better appointed units. It ticked all our boxes. The upgrades were well thought out. Many units have small fridges and stoves with the coil burners that are always of kilter and little to no counter top space. This unit has a full size glass top stove which is good since we mostly eat in and loads of counter top space making it so much easier to work. While the fridge is low to the floor (foot/toe hazard) it was a good size. The beds were also extremely comfortable. And the best part was having the view of the gulf. This unit will be the first we'll check for availability next time we stay
