* This is a private community. Registration form will be sent upon booking.
* Out driveway can accommodate ~ 6 vehicles
* There is a speed limit within the community, following speed limit is mandatory or there can be a fine issued by the security that you will be responsible for
* If a ticket/citation is issued during the duration of your stay, you and your group WILL be responsible for paying it.
* No fireworks/flying lanterns within the community.
* Pet fee is $40 per pet, per night
* Trash/recycling must be brought out to the two garbage bins located outside the house (garbage and recycling).
* Guests use amenities at their own risk.
* Please leave the house in the same condition as found
* Please clean up the BBQ after you are done using it, otherwise there is a $30 cleaning fee
* There is a $35 fee for each lost remote control
* No loud music on the outside (please be mindful of our neighbors)
* Maximum amount of guests allowed as per community regulations is 12 (Children under 3 do not count)
* Please take your shoes off in the house to help us maintain cleanliness for you
* Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times
* SMOKING: Please no smoking in the house at any time! If you smoke outside, please keep the perimeter clean.
* Generally we do not accept large groups of under 25 years old. Smaller groups will require an upfront deposit depending on the group size and age.

Place was beautiful well kept, and very historic feeling. The game room was fun and entertaining. Ample room in the bedrooms and storage in closets. We unfortunately ran into a snow storm during our stay and the property is at a very steep incline. We had difficulty parking up in the driveway. Awesome communication with the owner and they were able to send snow removal and salted the walkways. The HOA also sent plows for the road but downside was they made a snow bank that blocked us in, luckily the owner staged shovels and we were good. Overall I would stay at this place again just not preferably during a storm haha.

Super nice family home with plenty of separate space for everyone. Very clean and plenty of bathrooms. Host very quick with any questions. Only about 10-15 min from grocery store.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The bedrooms and bathrooms all had everything we needed. We brought most of our meal prep needs with us. There was plenty of room for us to stretch out and enjoy the company of our family. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful Stay in a Well-Appointed HomeOnline booking through VRBO was smooth and efficient. Communication with Patrick, the property owner, was prompt and helpful—any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly and courteously.The property was exactly as described. The kitchen was well-equipped and easily accommodated our group of 10 for breakfast prep and heating up leftovers. While the electric kettle was a bit tricky to use, we managed just fine by heating water on the stove. We brought our own spices, and the dishwasher came in handy between meals.The sunroom was one of our favorite spots—spacious, breezy, and bug-free thanks to the screened windows. We enjoyed all our meals there, and it was perfect for group gatherings.The jacuzzi was a highlight! We opened it about 10 minutes prior to use to let it heat up and air out, and once ready, it was absolutely delightful. It was also easy to close and secure afterward. The fire pit was another great feature—though we didn’t light a fire, we enjoyed sitting around it during the day.The basement offered a variety of games, which made for some fun and friendly competition among friends. Bedrooms were a decent size with comfortable beds, though we didn’t spend much time there. The bathrooms worked well for our group, and again, any minor concerns were resolved quickly. Hot water was never an issue—even on a chilly weekend.

Great Winter Home

We enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and had all room we needed to feel comfortable. It was close to grocery stores and the ski resort we used. The neighborhood is great and the outdoor space looked great. We didn't get to use it because of weather but would be great for the summer. The kitchen was well-equipped, although you do have to bring all your cooking needs (e.g. oil, spices, etc.). The only minor hiccup we encountered was not having access to a shovel to help us shovel the driveway when we arrived. Also the house takes some time to heat up all 3 levels.

Relaxing stay

We had a great time. We loved the game room and the beds were comfortable. It’s the perfect house for winter or summer gateway. It’s close to camelback and the outlets. So something for everyone.
