We are very glad to hear your family enjoyed the stay. Hope to have your return visits soon! Take care, Sharon

Thank you for your review and for your kind words about my communication! I am so glad your group enjoyed the large kitchen, the double refrigerators, and the plentiful and comfortable bedrooms. We appreciate your feedback regarding the deck and basement, as it helps us prioritize our seasonal maintenance. We are having our team inspect the deck boards and evaluate the patio furniture for updates. Regarding the community entrance, our neighborhood has a secure, gated entry that requires a specific routing address, which we provide in our check-in instructions to ensure our guests' safety. Regarding the pool, we separate this amenity fee specifically to keep our standard nightly base rates as competitive as possible. Active pool usage requires significantly more frequent chemical balancing, skimming, and filtration maintenance than an unused pool, so this structure gives guests the freedom to opt out if they do not plan to swim. We outline this on the very first line of our house rules prior to booking to ensure complete transparency. We truly appreciate you choosing our home for your family's stay and have reviewed your notes with our team to ensure the property remains in top shape for future guests.

Glad everything went well. We appreciate you turned the volume down and moved the loud speakers inside once I asked. And thank you for the recommendation:)

Thank you for being our guests again, and we also look forward to your return visit for the 3rd time!

Thank you for the feedback. We are 22min to Mt airy casino, however we are centrally located to many activities most popular to the poconos area—— such as Camelback ski and summer activities, treetop adventures, river rafting, Shawnee ski, hiking and fishing trials, as well as premium outlet and shopping.

Glad everything went well and we look forward to your visits again!

Dear Sarah, thank you for being our valued guests. Kindly note that we can only host 12 guests total (as we didn’t count the infants in your group). Glad your family enjoyed the space and the amenities, as well as location to ski slopes.

Thank you for the feedback. We are taking care to refresh the house with new paint, trims, etc, as we enter a less busy season. The community is very safe for this reason, and yes I try to make the process as easy as possible for our guests. Very happy to hear you had a nice stay.

The plow truck we had seasonal contract with didn’t show after inch of snow last week although he billed me for it. After you asked I immediately sent my regular maintenance to take care. I appreciate your input and I will stay more on top of it. Thank you.
