Rustic Hills Retreat...a scenic home on beautiful lake front property.

The Rustic Hills Retreat is situated on four lakeside lots, a perfect location for family oriented fun. The home and property allows for lake access with a dock...excellent for boating, kayaking and fishing. Enjoy the scenery while relaxing on the deck, grilling (grills included) or enjoying smores and campfire stories with two bonfire pits. The quaint neighborhood is great for a family bike ride or a stroll around peaceful lakeside properties. Guests will have access to two kayaks (with life jackets), badminton/volleyball nets and equipment, a basketball hoop, bikes, hammock and a cornhole set. The yards and grounds are perfect for outside games, with ample space for tenting. The house is equipped with many amenities and appliances that will support ten guests. The Rustic Hills Retreat has two upper bedrooms containing queen size beds, along with a lower bedroom with a queen bed. A pull out sleeper, futons and daybeds in both the upper and lower living rooms allow for sleeping arrangement for the entire family. The house has a full kitchen and formal dining room. Kitchen amenities include; pots, pans, dishes, silverware, bowls, various kitchen utensils, toaster, microwave, Keurig, a drip coffee maker, air fryer and much more. Also included in the home is a washer and dryer. The lower part of the house has a billiard and bar room, with TV. Included in the lower living room is a large screen TV, air hockey and foosball tables. Come enjoy a home away from home.

The place is beautiful. The view is spectacular. My family enjoyed the stay. The rooms are very nice. The kitchen is well equipped. We will definitely come back.

Had a great stay with beautiful views of the lake. Ample living quarters and plenty of lounging space. Backyard is steep and avoid the poison ivy. Plenty of parking for larger groups.

A stunning lake view. Very tidy outdoor space with a great back deck and fire pit overlooking the lake. My family and I had lots of fun playing billiards and foosball. My kids also loved the very thoughtful gift basket. The house had everything anyone could possibly need, a very relaxing and enjoyable weekend stay. Thanks Ron!

The property grounds were beautiful. The house was older but very well kept and everything was very clean. There was lots of room. The welcome basket was very sweet and the kids loved allThe candy! We would definitely book again.

was amazing. The view the location, the clean nest. There was no dust any and everything was there plenty of towels, blankets sleeping areas. It was amazing experience. The host responded and reasonable time every time I text him even through the months coming up to our trip.

It was a cute place that worked out for what we needed for the weekend. Very relaxing and loved the ability to use the kayaks even though we didnt have much opportunity to use them.

What a fun and beautiful property! This is by far the best vacation rental I’ve stayed at. Some are incredibly bare bones, but this home was fully stocked in every room. We loved the kayaks and hanging out by the water! There are so many fun things to do here. Honestly my favorite moment was hanging out with my friends on the upper patio, watching a bald eagle catch a fish out of the lake. The host is responsive, kind, and was flexible with my group about our checkout time. 11/10 would love to stay here again!

Absolutely Beautiful

We had a party of 10 and it fit us very comfortably. The neighborhood is very nice and peaceful. Absolutely beautiful place I would go back again and recommend!! We were able to enjoy lots of swimming, fishing, and boating!

Amazing place

This place had everything you can possibly need and more. We had a great time and even though it was raining one evening we play pool, board games… My kids enjoyed basketball hoop and other games. We sat by the fire and really enjoyed this time we spent there. Wonderful experience .

Rustic Hills Retreat was our chosen spot for our annual girls weekend. We didn’t have the best of weather so a lot of time was spent inside. There was plenty of room and things to do for the 8 of us. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Owner was very helpful and quick with responding to any questions we had.
