Thanksgiving Family gathering

Another family Thanksgiving at the Greenside house in Avon. We especially enjoyed all the updating and remodel work that has been done. All the supplies and kitchen equipment were more extensive than before and we had more than enough for our large family gathering. No snow this year, but it didn’t affect our enjoyment! Thank you and hope to book again soon!

Great house for large group

With a bathroom for every bedroom, and many larger beds, this was a great house for a large group. Kitchen had everything needed and the hot tub worked well. Quiet location and plenty of restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful time staying here with our entire family - my husband and I, our two grown children, their spouses and 6 grand kids 8 and under!!!! Plenty of rooms and space to spread out.

The house was perfect for our family gathering for my husbands 60th birthday. Lovely house and well appointed kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and well laid out to handle a large group. Clean, beds super comfortable beautiful back yard with hot tub and a bonus pool and ping pong room. Awesome house for large group

A dozen of my family stayed at Greenside in Eagle Vail for 4 days in connection with a ski trip to Vail. The accommodations and location were excellent. Everything about the rental house fit our needs perfectly. The house is attractively furnished in a way that facilitated our use. Everything worked and the house was very clean. We would happily stay their again.

The home was very spacious for 9 people. We loved the multiple fireplaces and the various rooms for gathering. All bedrooms were sized well with connected baths. House issues were handled immediately and resolved.

Best Vacation Rental Experience Ever

This rental was great for a long weekend of skiing in Vail. There was more than enough space for 10 adults and we had plenty of options for things to do in the area. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. The iTrip team made access to the house extremely easy. I will definitely rent again in the near future!

Perfect for a big family ski trip!

This property was perfect for our large family group, which ranged in age from 6 months - 70 years old! The property management group was responsive and easy to work with, including dropping off a pack and play and high chair for use before our trip. The property is ideally situated 15 minutes from both Vail and Beaver Creek. The hot tub was great for post-skiing downtime and the large dining room table was able to accommodate our large group easily. Would definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed

House is great! Most of the bedrooms could easily be the master bedroom, that is something we all loved. it has many features like games' room, tv areas, living room is huge, many fireplaces, jacuzzi is great. We had a great time here. If you have a car, location is good. Close to the Ski areas.

Excellent for Girls Trip

Two years ago there were 9 of us. This year there were 7. Enough space for everyone. The new deck and hot tub are fantastic. The Eagle Vail Golf Course and Trail are both out the back door. The home has everything needed for a great week with friends.

Best Christmas ever

In a residential area but the back looks out to snow covered mountains and a steep trail the kids used for a perfect sledding hill. The hot tub was a big hit. A total of 11 beds. The house was wonderful, clean and homey. We all say we will be back.

Great Thanksgiving Holiday

We have rented the house at Greenside for the Thanksgiving weekend for the last 5 years. The home has always been well appointed with various updates completed every year. The five bedrooms easily accommodate our family ( 8 adults and 6 kids). The management is very attentive to any needs and respond immediately. We hope to continue to vacation there as much as possible. ( We only wish the home would be available in the summer!) The Shearers

Ski Trip 2016

Our group loved the house this year. There are several families that travel together every year to ski and various ski areas. This year, we stayed in Avon and the house worked out just great!! The kitchen is well-stocked with plates, glasses, pots & pans etc...It is nice to have bedrooms spread among the 3 story home. Also, shout out to the management company. We had to call them for a minor issue and the response time was immediate! We will stay here again, for sure!

Perfect place for a family retreat

Perfect place for a family retreat! The house was perfect for our family. For my husband and I we enjoyed having the master bedroom on the first floor. Our adult children share the bedrooms upstairs and our other adult children with grandchildren shared the bedrooms in the basement. The pool table was a wonderful attraction for the guys at night. The house lives very comfortably there was plenty of room to spread out and have intimate conversations as well as the living room is large and open allowing for large family gatherings. The circle drive was an added feature to accommodate our cars. We were also able to utilize the back patio which contained a wonderful hot tub and grills were creating family dinners. we enjoyed all the Vail and the surrounding areas had to offer. We spent a day on the slopes and a day in town, took the little boys sledding, rode the gondola to the top of the mountain, took hikes and walks through the wonderful neighborhood and really enjoyed the convenience of Walmart Just down the street. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. This house has everything you need to have a wonderful family retreat summer or winter. There is plenty to do in the house accommodate many activities and time to gather and enjoy one another as a family.

Spring Break Rental

This was not a rental house, it was a home! Large, spacious, beautifully furnished, and very user friendly. There were 10 of us including 3 children aged 5 and under and one 7 year old. The home had a kitchen which was super well -equipped for large numbers of people, plenty of dishes, cutlery, and cooking pots and pans. Beautiful location, lots of trees, backs onto a golf course, fronts on a small lake. Would love to rent it this summer. The location is perfect for skiing as it is only minutes away from Vail, Beaver Creek and Arrowhead Resorts. Lots of nearby dining in Vail, Avon, and Edwards and plenty of activities for kids nearby as well. Best rental we have ever had!!
