Perfect stay

Our family had an amazing stay here. It is better than the pictures. Lots of space, en suite bathrooms for every bedroom, plus a powder room. Beautiful setting, wonderful lighting.

Perfect stay for you summer stay

It was just a great place to stay with the family or a group of families. The whole house was just great and the managers of the property were really attentive and quick to answer to any question you had. Would definitely try to book it again when we return to Vail.

Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay at this property. It was well stocked, very spacious and clean and the responsiveness of the host was great. The property is walking distance to a park which was so nice with little kids. We hope to come back!

Beautiful well equipped Avon home - great location!

We had an amazing stay at this property. Plenty of room for our family of 8 (including 6 teenagers) to spread out. The bedroom setup worked great, each with their own bathroom. The kitchen was amazing for big family breakfasts, and was well equipped to cook anything we wanted. Definitely will stay here again for our next Colorado trip!

Great family getaway

The property is beautiful and exactly as described. The kids loved the hot tub. We had a small issue with the stovetop, and the owner was extremely helpful and the issue was resolved very quickly. Can't wait to stay here again!

What a great property! This is one of the better appointed houses I've stayed in. Great floor plan, furnishings, and as a cook, the kitchen had everything needed. The location was perfect. We played in Beaver Creek and Vail, but it was nice to stay in Avon and have Edwards close by.Lucia with iTrip Vail was very responsive to my requests and made sure our visit was seamless. When I forgot a dresser full of items, Tricia was quick to assist in shipping them back to me. We are already making plans to return!

Amazing getaway

Just returned from staying at this great house for 5 days in January’25. The house is exactly as shown. All of the bedrooms were spacious and the hot tub was amazing for those long days of skiing. Beaver Creek is a short 7-10 min drive (park in Elk lot and take the bus up to the village, parking is free). Vail is only 12-15 drive, very easy. Very close to Walmart and restaurants in town.

Five Star Stay close to Vail

Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay for our family ski trip to Vail. House was exactly as shown in the pictures on the site and was impeccably clean. We enjoyed the proximity to everything - Vail ski area, local restaurants, Beaver Creek, and super markets. Hot tub was enjoyed by my 3 teenagers immensely. Would definitely rent here again and highly recommend. Wifi was at times spotty in the house, but upon calling the ITrip-Vail team, they sent someone over quickly to try to help resolve the issue. All in all a magnificent stay!

Great for family time!

We brought our friends and all of our kids and we had a great time. Park within walking distance, “backyard” for kids to run around, and short drive to several kid friendly bikes. The rental was fantastic and the iTrip team made so many accommodations to make sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to return soon!

Beautiful home

This beautiful home was exactly what we needed. Two separate living spaces with lots of beds, and it was fully stocked with cooking and storage supplies. It also had lots of spices on hand. We loved the neighborhood as well. The neighbors were very nice and the walking area was great!

Absolutely Wonderful Experience

Can not say enough nice things about this property. The place was just as the pictures displayed. Every room had its own bathroom and my guest and I felt.l very comfortable in the home. Great location in Beaver Creek. Close to slopes in BC and only a 10-15 mins drive to Vail. Would highly recommend this location to anyone headed to the area with a large group.

This home is located perfectly between Vail and Beaver Creek! It’s an easy drive from the Denver International Airport and situated close to restaurants, shopping and activities. This luxury property provided every thing my family could ask for and more! Very clean, beautifully decorated, updated and full of the everyday things we all need. Our family had plenty of space, everyone had their own private bathroom and the service provided by the management company was top notch!

Wonderful Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to 1429 Deer Blvd. The house is very similar to the photos which is not always the case when renting with other properties. We had 7 adults ranging in age from a grandmother to young adults in their 20’s. It was very helpful that all bedrooms have their own full bathroom plus a half bath on the main floor. We stayed in August so it was nice that the house has AC on the main floor and in the master bedroom which worked great. Many of the homes or condos in the area do not have AC. As other reviews mentioned, the house was stocked with many amenities especially in the kitchen. There is also a second full refrigerator in the garage that was helpful. Definitely recommend the house if you are in the area!

Excellent stay for 2 families (8 people)

Our group of eight (4 adults, 4 children) had a wonderful stay at this property. The rooms were spacious, it was well-appointed, and everything was in good working order to make our stay exceptionally easy and enjoyable. Note that the property does span 3 levels, so there are steps to consider if you are traveling with elderly or disabled individuals. The neighborhood was nice, we noticed several people out enjoying a brisk walk. There's also a common area not too far from this property, including open spaces for the kids to sled or play. I would recommend this property.

Great house with excellent location just minutes away from Beaver Creek Ski Resort.

My family gathered at 1429 Deer Blvd for a weeks vacation over the New Year's holiday. The house contributed substantially to the success of our shared vacation. It is a very comfortable, pleasant and well maintained property. The furnishings are in good condition and all appliances in proper working order. The ITrip team was very welcoming and eager to help in any way necessary, but no help was ever needed. We found the house very clean and well stocked with all necessities so as to settle in and not go out again till the following day. There were enough of many items, such as dishwasher detergent, paper towels, toilet paper and others to last us through the week! The house has a great layout with privacy for all and two separate living spaces for sharing time together. Every bedroom has its en suite bathroom and an additional half bath in the main living area. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The tidy garage fits two large SUVs and there is an additional parking spot outside that does not block the garage exit. All in all, this has been one of the most comfortable houses we've rented in the many years our family of my husband, myself, our two adult children, daughter in law and three grandchildren have been enjoying this wonderful week together in different locations.

Perfecr Location

Perfect location for skiing Beaver Creek or Vail. Super close to Walmart supercenter, restaurants and gas. The house doesn't require driving steep terrain to get to. Beds were comfortable and house was just as pictured.
