Just steps to the pool and close to shopping, restaurants and the famous Robert Trent Jones golf course! Multiple on-site pools, one that is mere steps from this villa. It has a comfortable floor plan with a vaulted ceiling and fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer, dryer and pass through window to the dining room. It features a king-sized bed in the master, a queen-sized bed in the 2nd bedroom. The living room features a huge 75" TV for watching all your favorite shows in style. Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee.
