Situated in the private, gated community of Palmetto Dunes, this polished 2BR/2BA 3rd-row villa is a short 3-minute walk to the beach and has amazing lagoon views from all the living spaces and bedrooms! Highlights include a sparkling modern interior with a well-stocked gourmet kitchen and two well-appointed bedrooms with king beds.

The exterior includes two porches; a large screened porch with a dining table and a covered porch with a grill and lagoon access for fishing and watching wildlife.

You’re just steps from the pool and hot tub -- easily accessed via the front door. Enjoy the world-class Palmetto Dunes Resort amenities, including a heated pool, hot tub, world-renowned golf courses, and multiple dining options within walking distance as well as easy access to the wide, beautiful Hilton Head beaches! Includes the use of beach chairs and a beach cart.

LIVING AREA

The welcoming living area offers amazing views of the lagoon, a sleeper sofa, wet bar, and 60” TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The sparkling kitchen provides a full suite of stainless steel appliances as well as plenty of counter space. Keep the chef company at the kitchen bar for four. When delicious dishes are ready, gather at the table for up to six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This ground-floor condo sleeps up to six guests between two bedrooms and the full-size sleeper sofa in the living area. Comfort awaits in the master suite, featuring a king-size bed, a 50” TV, and private access to the screened porch. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed, a 35” TV, and access to the patio. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Fire up the gas grill on the covered lagoon-side patio. The screened porch provides alfresco dining space for six and a small staircase that leads down to the water. Spend sun-kissed days by the shared heated pool and hot tubs (open year-round).

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and unassigned parking for two cars in the parking lot. This ground-floor unit is accessible via a short set of stairs. Four beach chairs, a Beach Cart are in the outdoor shed but NOT a gaurantee.

THE LOCATION

The beautiful coastline is just a few hundred feet away. Easily stroll to The Palmetto Dunes Club as well as a wide array of restaurants and shops. Palmetto Dunes even offers a complimentary shuttle service to Shelter Cove for access to even more entertainment and dining options. The Dunes House Beach House Available for Use, as well as 3 on property Award Winning Golf Courses. Palmetto Dunes is across from Shelter Cove Shopping Complex. The place is a mid-island gem.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay in this condo over Thanksgiving 2025. This condo was extremely clean! And fully stocked- we felt right at home. The beach was very close by, the screen porch was lovely! We’ve stayed in Palmetto Dunes many times and this was definitely our favorite trip so far. My parents stayed in this condo previously and also had a similar experience. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and welcoming villa. The location is spot on for us — a short walk and/or quick bike ride to the beach. Pretty lagoon views and easy access to the pool which is right across the street. Plentiful bike racks and parking too. The villa had nice decor, two porches…one being screened in (total plus), a spacious and open floor plan/layout with amenities that fit our needs. I would certainly recommend this charming villa and hope it’s available in the future when we return to our happy place…HHI!

Excellent location along a picturesque lagoon and easy access to ocean in friendly comfortable resort community, conveniently located. Host was responsive to all concerns. Recommend renting.However, more attention needed to cleaning windows, removing mole from washing machine, and airing out property between visits. Wagon in storage unit is not usable for transporting items to ocean.

Amazing property in a great location. My son enjoyed fishing the canal from the dock and my wife and I enjoyed a peaceful glass of wine by candlelight on the screened in porch. The location was perfect, tucked away in a shaded location, but still a short walk to the beach. The safety of the gated Palmetto Dunes community comforted us and the kids loved riding their bikes up the the general store for breakfast or ice cream. Thank you for sharing your property with our family, we had such a wonderful trip!

What a lovely property! Tiffany is a wonderful host! Our condo was clean, comfortable, and so welcoming. Having visited HH annually for the past couple of decades, I can say that this was our most memorable and relaxing stay.

Great day as always

We have stayed in the Huntington villas five or six times and this is the third time in his particular villa. We love the layout and the location right by the pool and a very short walk to the beach. We would love to buy you unit in Huntington villas. The Villa was neat and clean and everything that you could want is provided, including beach towels.. We did not receive the entry code, but when we contacted the owner, she responded immediately and resolved the problem. The only negative for us is that it’s not pet friendly. This is a wonderful place to stay. Don’t hesitate to book it!!

Highly recommend this property.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. We have been staying in the Huntington Villas over 15 years and this was our first time staying in a two bedroom. It was perfect for our week stay. The villa’s decor is lovely, very clean, it is spacious, and the kitchen is well stocked. The own was great. She was very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. Our family looks forward to returning this villa in the future.

Location, location!

The property was in a great location to enjoy all of the fantastic things about Hilton Head; lagoon views, beach within walking distance and lots of biking paths!! The properties decor was welcoming, functional and beautiful! Nice televisions in each room and plenty of seating indoors and out. Lots of extras to use at the beach such as chairs and towels. It was a bonus having the pool so close to the unit. Bathrooms were spacious and beautifully updated. Few small issues but the owner was very responsive and quick to make everything right and comfortable for my family.

We loved staying at the house. Peaceful setting on the back decks. Two master bedrooms are hard to find. Location is great, beach was a short walk. We rented bikes and rode the beach to harbor town. House is well equipped for cooking.

Fall anniversary get away

Beautiful area and comfy condo. Nice two bedroom two bath accommodations for couples. Enjoyed coffee on the screened in porch overlooking the lagoon every morning. Quick walk to the beach from condo. Only negative was a $25 parking fee per car that we were not made aware of prior to arrival.

Our New Family Spot

My wife and I have been coming to HHI for years and both grew up as young kids coming to the island. We made our plans to go down one more time this summer as an early 10 year wedding anniversary and brought the 2 kids with us. My overall impression- WOW. ABSOLUTELY beautiful property and the host is one of the more outstanding people I ever had the pleasure of interacting with. When we had an issue come up that was completely out of the property owners control, they went out of their way to fix it and then make it right with us. I will be checking this condo first any time I plan a future trip. A+++++++++

Wonderful and Relaxing

The property has a lovely split floor plan. It was beautifully decorated—a very comfortable screened-in patio. It was ideally located across the street from the pool. Beach access was within walking distance—spacious two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
